“Just over a week since ordering and everything arrived. Wrapped really well so no damage and 4 items were large A1 size. Actual pictures - delighted.”

“Order arrived damaged and completely unusable. Really disappointed, first time using wall art direct and my experience has put me off using them again. However a positive note, customer services were very prompt in responding to my complaint, apologised and I received my refund within 3 days so based on that I may give them another go. I would suggest they look at their choice of delivery partner though.”

“After unfortunately receiving an incorrect order, the customer service received was nothing more than first class. A replacement was sent and received almost immediately. The print is of a good quality which completes the redecoration perfectly. Always judge a company when things go unfortunately wrong and Wallart pass this test with flying colours. Highly recommended.”

“Disappointed by quality of prints- very low pixel count. The canvas is not taught and is very floppy. I have emailed Wallart but two weeks later I've had no reply, and don't expect one. I just wish I had read some reviews before ordering. If you want good quality don't buy from the company. If you will be okay with mediocre quality then consider buying from them. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“Ordered a panoramic acrylic picture with a metal standoff, only to be told they don't supply that any more and now use metal clips. I emailed them back to cancel the order. No reply from them even after two further e mails. Credit card has been charged and I'm now told it's being shipped. I'm sure I'll have to battle it out in the courts so beware future buyers they'll take your money even after you cancel the order.”

“Not recieved goods after 4wks , not able to leave a message on there voicemail because its conveniently full , emailed customer service 3 times , what customer service, no reply at all , very very poor business, will now go for a charge back on my credit card , thankfully I paid by credit card , I'd rather catch the plague than deal with this company .”
