“I never received my items. Attempted to contact Wallart Direct 6 times with no luck. Attempting to get a recharge through my bank. UPDATE: After posting this review I received a refund very quickly. No response on other channels, but happy it is now resolved.”

“I recently moved address and when ordering my phone auto-filled my old address for delivery and I didn't see as the billing address was correct. I've emailed 3 times and tried live chat twice with no response, the phone number goes nowhere and the delivery company won't change it independently. I've now had an email from Evri saying it will be delivered in the next few days, normally waiting over a week for a vague date would be annoying, now I'm just hoping it gives me time to actually get a response! If you have any issues their is no customer service at all, avoid.”

“Be very careful when ordering from this company. They take your money immediately and send an acknowledgement. Ordered on 6th October and nothing arrived despite trying to get hold of them, phone sounds like a mobile switched off and won't answer e mails. Currently £250 down and no sign of my order”

“I ordered two FRamed Prints 11 days ago and still have not received them. The tracking information is useless and says sent to the carrier and not changed. I have tried calling the sales number on the site and no response and tried the chat line no response !!”

“I paid for two framed prints and received only one. It has been impossible to contact Wallart, the phone number does not work and there is no response to emails. As a result I have been unable to get a refund for the print I never received”

“Please ignore my previous two reviews as don’t know how to delete 🤪, poster finally arrived. Postage took 2 weeks not 3-5 days. There is nobody on chat facility, answering the phone or replying to email but I did get the product. It is print on canvas, not bad quality and I quite like the print effect but may not be to everyone’s liking.”
