“This is my second review as you have just sent me an email prompt. I haven’t received my item so can’t review it. You haven’t dispatched it, you don’t reply to emails, your telephone number and live chat does not work and I’m wondering if this is a scam. I will be contacting my bank to cancel payment and reporting the site. Do NOT buy from this company.”

“Order never arrived. The telephone number states unavailable and no reply to three emails sent. Tried 'chat to us' and got an automated response stating an email would be sent to respond to my question (no email received, even checked junk mail). I only ordered a poster that was supposed to take 3-5 days but the delivery company never received it for shipping. I will wait one more week to give the benefit of the doubt but I would not recommend buying from Wallart as it feels like a scam to me.”

“The site is easy to navigate and my order arrived within about 1-2 weeks. The quality of the package was quite poor and the overall quality of the print was very bad. The image was very pixelated, and the edge of the canvas had a piece of another print.”

“I would like to know where my order is 5 weeks and nothing can’t contact you at all you do not reply to emails and messages and you phone number is dead . You have stolen a £160 from me which is theft and fraud as a police officer I will be pursuing this as you are doing this to a lot of other people”

“Didn’t get my item after 2 weeks, customer service is abysmal and don’t try to phone them no one answers. I was going to go to the small claims court to get my money back but they gave me a refund when I gave them 7 days to send my picture or a refund or I would take it further. Shop with them at your peril”
