Probably not very many. Fortunately for me, Dennis Wilding called me, Face-timed with me, Zoomed with me, sent a new part, and then provided videos and instructions as to how to uninstall the first part and install the replacement part. What was a slightly un-level situation with the desktop was solved with the new part to become (as you can see in the photo) perfectly level. I couldn't be more pleased with the bed, but more than that, I really appreciate the extra mile the owner of the company went to ensure that I was completely satisfied. It is nice to know that there are companies like Wilding that stand behind their work, all the way to the top. If I had more room, I'd order another bed just to say thanks."
