"How many companies have the President and co-founder of the company contact you to work on a solution to an issue caused by only one part of all the parts for the product they shipped to you? Probably not very many. Fortunately for me, Dennis Wilding called me, Face-timed with me, Zoomed with me, sent a new part, and then provided videos and instructions as to how to uninstall the first part and install the replacement part. What was a slightly un-level situation with the desktop was solved with the new part to become (as you can see in the photo) perfectly level. I couldn't be more pleased with the bed, but more than that, I really appreciate the extra mile the owner of the company went to ensure that I was completely satisfied. It is nice to know that there are companies like Wilding that stand behind their work, all the way to the top. If I had more room, I'd order another bed just to say thanks."
