“it was impossible to process on the Wallien website. There were issues and it was not possible to access the sale price offer . I finally ordered it via Decathlon. It was delivered very quickly and efficiently. However it was not possible to return the item to a decathlon store. I had difficulty printing out a return label on the Wallien website and had to contact them. I returned the item to an Evri drop off point on Dec 7th. It has taken a long time to have a refund and to date I have not received it. I paid a total of £65.39 whcih include £5.99 shipping- I am informed that I will get back £54.79. I am still waiting. Finally with regards to the swim suit - the sizing was difficult- it was fine on the bust but far too big at the bottom . It was not a good experience”

“Ik heb een klacht over mijn top ingediend (vulling zit er los in en kost telkens veel werk om die weer goed te krijgen na get wassen net de hand), ik wacht al twee weken op reactie.
Op zich is de bikini verder goed.
De communicatie met Wallien is slecht. Ik had een te kleine maat top die ik retour heb gestuurd, waarvan ik geen enkel bericht kreeg of deze was ontvangen. Ik heb daar zelf achteraan moeten mailen.
Ik wacht dus nog steeds op reactie op mijn klacht.
Ipv alle reclame mails die ik nu krijg van Wallien heb ik liever dat ik goed en adequaat wordt geholpen.
Alle reclame mails stel ik niet op prijs.
Ik ga niet opnieuw iets bij Wallien online kopen”

“The springsuit is a beautiful colour and material nice and thick. However, I used the size guidelines and measurements provided on the website (height 166cm, weight 59kg) and the suit is too tight around the neck, arms and thighs which is disappointing. Fortunately, customer service has been excellent and easy returns but I would have preferred for it to fit so I could keep it.”

“I wanted to return it but cannot find any details on how I do this easily included in the delivery. I'm still waiting to hear about the exchange rate overcharge from Euros to GBP and keep drawing a blank from your office. This doesn't make for happy customers.”
“My lovely suits (2 springuits , 1mm and 1.5 mm ) are so lovely to wear and look fabulous: However, the quality was not good.
Seam opened: little holes appeared in one sleeve and on the heavier one, the inside material separated from the outer material in one section. Apparently this is not covered under the no nonsense warranty! Both suits were worn with carefulness and rinsed after each wear exactly as instructed and with great care. I am very disheartened as I love them both.”
“The suit was teeny tiny. I asked regarding the sizing that a particular model that looked on larger size like me. I bought suit based on their advice & the sizing guide. But it was no where near my size (14). They had sold out of the 16 which may haves fitted. So after some fussing to return it I had no wetsuit sadly.”

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the fit. This can happen, of course, and you can always return your product if you don't like it, like you have done. We processed your return in our warehouse when it came in and processed a full refund. I was surprised that you opened a case with PayPal without contacting us first. I don't really know how we could have this better. I have sent you a personal email to discuss this further.
“I bought 3 swimming tops just recently and noticed after wearing them in the water that they are see through once wet although they have lining. This is very disappointing, especially because this swimwear is marketed as surf wear. I can't imagine sitting in the line up in a see through swimming top. It won't get dry as you are constantly in the water so it will be wet all the time. The straps also are not adjustable, they are quite stretchy, so unfortunately offer zero support! They are also too long for me, so they slide off very easily. The cup size fits well and the fabric is very soft and nice. I loved the style and colour as well. This could be so good, if only designed a bit more thoroughly and actually tested in the water.”
