I ordered many wallpaper samples, was charged for all of yet only recieved 3. Horrible service with no acknowledgment of samples not being delivered or a refund being sent.

I am still waiting for samples i requested in August, have asked for a refund as i was told another set of samples had been sent out but have not received those either. Very disappointed. Will contact bank re refund

No order received. placed order 30th July 2021 and 10th August 2021 no order received. Tried ringing but went to voicemail no one answering the phone due to staffing issues.

I too did not receive my sample order. Tried contacting them; phone went straight to recorded message with no facility to leave message. Live chat went straight to email! Hugely frustrating as I too work and have little time to be chasing this company for something I have purchased and not received. Still awaiting samples....

3 rolls of Wallpaper turned up and 2 of the rolls had a printing error on them. Only noticed when both rolls were opened and decorator wouldn’t come back for another 8 weeks meaning we had to go ahead and put the faulty wallpaper on our wall. Won’t use this company again - and will be telling friends and family to avoid.

Hi Paul I'm sorry to hear you had a printing error on your wallpaper. I've checked with our Customer team and it doesn't seem as though you got in touch with us about this. We would normally replace all of the rolls for you, but as you've used this paper, I've asked for a full refund to be issued. We don't make this paper, it's manufactured by one of our suppliers, who are one of the largest in the UK. We will pass on your comments to them so they can investigate. I do hope you reconsider using us again. Thanks.

Useless company ordered 3 rolls of wallpaper waited a month for delivery wouldn't bother again

Hi Raymond Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, the paper you ordered is manufactured in France, and the supplier has had a few issues with Brexit. Our team has been in touch with you regularly concerning this. Including offering an additional discount as an apology for the wait which has been processed. We also put a temporary pause on sales for this manufacturer as a result of this issue. Thanks.

Hi Christopher. I'm sorry to hear that. Looking at the order, it looks as though a few of the samples came directly from the supplier, which seems to have caused the issue. That's no excuse, I apologise for the error. I've asked the team to get in touch with you to arrange a full refund. Thanks.
