“I am not sure what is happening, in the beginning they were good and efficient but recently i have noticed our cardboard bin is not collected.it is full to capacity awaiting pick up I have sent email but got no response I called the 1300 keeps going to voicemail saying staff are busy unable to take calls left message but no response.. We have a general waste bin is collected twice a month as scheduled no issues, but for some reason, they forgot about our cardboard bin??? I hope they get their act together soon”
