- Scott Stevens (Branch Manager) verbally abusive and condescending, absolutely no regard for customer service or client retention. - Brock was very helpful and happy to engage our business with the sort of professionalism that you should expect from any company. He helped resolve our issue satisfactorily. Overall (apart from some isolated customer service issues) they’re a fairly reasonable company to deal with.

The company has very good focus on recycling with own facilities.They have all licences and talented and experienced sales and operating team.They provide good rates and also reward back through Qantas business rewards points so we could redeem gift cards and vouchers.

The worst company to deal with. We had a waste bin and recycle bin. The waste truck was emptying the waste and recycle bin into his truck and we where then charged for a futile empty recycle bin every time. It wasn't till we recorded what was happening that they stopped charging us but did not credit all the futile charges we rejected. Communication with the worst I've had to deal with. Make sure you are aware of the additional excess charges also befor signing the contract.
