Warmly Yours jumped to help me when my thermostat malfunctioned and provided me with a replacement and technical support for the electrician who reinstalled it. I would use their products again in a heartbeat.

I needed new thermostat for my kitchen floor heating system that was over 20 years old and they were able to match me up with a compatible model. It was shipped and when I received it I found it to be damaged. I called customer service and they sent me a new one expidited shipping and I easily installed the new one. We love the warm floor in our kitchen every winter season, it was one of the best investments weve made in our home. If and when I need another heated floor system I will be using WarmlyYours. Radiant heat is great, so much better than forced air. On a cold morning warm floors are awesome. Warmly Yours has been great to work with… we are on our 4th floor!

If my warm floor ever quits, I will tear up my tile to replace it. I love it so much. It has been down since 2009 and works like a charm. A few years ago I thought there was a problem. I spoke with customer service and I bought a new controller. Well, turns out I didn't need it, it started working after I reset it. I have kept the controller and still don't need it. My only regret is I didn't put it in all or part of my kitchen under the tile. It makes the winter mornings so much nicer.

We have had underfloor heating in our primary bathroom for 13 years. It continues to provide us with warm heat on cold winter days (and the rest of the year too). We never turn it off. Excellent product.

I purchased heating pads for a very small bathroom (3 x 4) and Lyn, my sales rep, was very patient and gave me all the information I needed for my purchase and installation. Good customer service like that is hard to find these days, so it was really appreciated.

We have ceiling panels and floor coils in our otherwise cool master bath. With wifi based conttols, we easily keep the room warm and toasty at the right times. This company is easy to deal with and always eager to help with design and execution.

Last year I remodeled my kitchen and installed a heat mat. The process was simple and the staff at Warmly Yours were extremely helpful in my design process. I would recommend this product for anyone, the mat was very easy to install and frankly it warms my floor perfectly.

Warmly yours was always available for consultation as I did. My floor heating project in a very large room. After installation they were there to assist me with setting up the automatic thermostat and any troubleshooting. I had never had a long wait and they were always responsive. I would definitely use warming yours again in the future for my floor heating needs

Did a complicated and large installation last fall and worked out all the equipment needs and installation questions that came up with their technical support people. They took their time with me, I was never rushed and they provided detailed drawings with different options and materials without even having to ask. They are an extremely professional and knowledgeable company that you can trust. I would give them my highest recommendation.

Had to replace the thermostat recently, but the floor is still working well after 12+ years. On another issue, I vaguely recall going to a home show years ago where they demonstrated a heated floor using approximately 15 inch rubber squares with the heating coils incorporated and the edges were interlocking on all sides. Not sure how it worked, but I thought that would make installation so easy. Can your research team look into something like that?

I have been using WY electric floor heating systems in my remodeling projects, and my own home, for over 2 decades now. At the end of the day, they are the most luxurious product that can be added to a home for the cost. It does not need to be a multi million dollar home to justify the adding heated floors to any job, especially a tiled bathroom. My customers absolutely love there warm bathroom floors. The added electrical cost is insignificant when you consider that the added heat means any other heat source in the space has to run less. The staff has always been super helpful with the design layouts. Everything I need is included in the package when it arrives. Having never received a call back about a system I installed speaks to the quality of the product.

I installed a heated floor in our basement bathroom in 2003. Back then I researched suppliers and the cost was all about the same - but WarmlyYours had higher ratings, so I went with that. Boy was I glad I did! The reason for those ratings was the service. I'm pretty handy, but this project was new teritory for me. I got it finished, and wow what a difference! My wife was mad because the little bathroom in the basement was now the nicest in the house!! Fast forward to two years ago, and the controller went on the fritz. Twenty years of running perfect in a high humidity environment... to be expected I guess. Anyhow, a quick call, and I was put in touch with a tech person who walked me through testing the controller to find out the issue. Once determined that I needed a new one, they matched an upgraded one to the system, and gave me a hefty discount (I think 40%) for my trouble. After twenty years though I expected to pay full price so I was completely surprized. I got the new controller, hooked it up, and it has been running great since. I can't say enough about their customer service, and the fact that they stand behind their product 100 percent. Who does that in todays world??
