“Excellent service, excellent products. I bought 2 X 100 foot roof / gutter heater cables to prevent ice damming. They work very well. Their on staff Engineer helped with the design for laying the cables in a proper manner.”

“The unit my contractor installed worked for several years. After it failed, I purchased a replacement from WarmlyYours (WY). The unit has never worked correctly. It heats to a max of 70 degrees and takes forever to get there so I just leave it on 70 all the time as opposed to setting various temps throughout the day. I contacted WY shortly after I installed it but they were no help in getting it working correctly.”

“Installed floor warmer under my tile 25yrs ago. Works 24/7. I did have to replace the control unit after about 15yrs, but they made me a good deal on the updated unit and it was easy to swap out. Highly recommend.”

“My wife initially thought it might be a bit over the top when we installed it, but ask her today and it’s hands down her favorite feature in our bathroom. We’re in Texas, and even here it’s an absolute must-have. The moment you walk into the bathroom, it feels like a warm hug. To top it off, while we were out of town recently, we had a first-floor flood when a toilet fill valve failed and we came home to nearly two inches of water throughout the house. The GFCI tripped as it should, we dried everything out, and after a quick call to Warmly Yours’ excellent tech support, they walked us through resetting the system. It’s now back up and running perfectly. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.”

“I have used the heated mat kits you provide for batheroom floors a few times now and found them to be easy to install with all of the needed parts included in the kit. Every client I have installed them for has loved them. I have another project coming up in the next month and will be needing to purchase another kit. I will continue to use your product whenever I have the need.”

“The following "tome" is more of a product and company review rather than a judgement about WarmlyYours.com -- the website. Having owned four Warmly Yours radiant heat panels beginging about six or seven years ago, I have become both an advocate and a thrilled customer. I started with an Ember Mirror Radiant Panel, to warm up a basement TV/Rec room during the summer while the air conditioning kept the first and second floor living area of my home comfortable against the 90+ degree heat outside. Having sold the home and moved to a new state about 15 months ago, leaving the W-Y unit mounted on the wall for the new owners to enjoy, I ended up purchasing three Ember Glass Radiant panels for our three bedrooms. Hooked up to Wemo units, I can warm any of the rooms in 30-35 minutes (to supplement the propane fired, inefficient forced hot air furnace, while at home or away from the house prior to my returning home from an errand. They are neat, tidy, clean, aesthetically pleasing and extremely functional. Simple to install and effectively maintenance free. The website is good, the staff is even better. Thanks, Pedro and thanks to the technician who also ansered questions before I placed my order. Neighbors are curious about the units such that I would no be surprised if they have or will be purchasing units soon. Great product, great people.”

“We purchased from here several years ago when we were redoing our bathroom. The customer service was excellent as I had many questions. The instructions and drawing were helpful (to be fair our contractor did the install) so I cannot report on the actual install process. The en result is amazing. Especially on those cold winter mornings and we go into our bathroom and it’s warm and the floor is nice and warm. I tell everyone it was the best decision!”
