“We have a thermostat for our bathroom heated floor and they keep going out. I will be calling for support soon, but we just bought a new one, and had a storm where our power went out and now this new one doesn't work either (exactly what happened with the last one!). This is super frustrating. You definately have a quality issue.”

“Warmly yours was great to work with when installing our heated entry! There was an issue with the sensor that was immediately fixed thanks to their incredible support team! Since then we haven’t had any issues after 5 years of Tahoe snowstorms!”

“The unit we purchased for our new build is practical and beatiful. At the push of a buttom or even a programed time there is heat in the primary bath and a heated towel. I so love electricity.”

“We were in the process of building a new home and attended a home show where you had heated towel racks (2017 or 2018). We were so impressed by the quality of the towel racks and the individual we were dealing with (sorry, I couldn't remember her name), that we decided to install them in all five bathrooms. They have been working great since!”

“I have used your products in multiple homes including bathrooms, kitchens floors and counter tops for 20 years. They were easy to install and working with your techs they were easy to layout after sending them my room/ counter tops floor plans. I never had any of these malfunction and never had to replace the thermostats. Keep up the good work.”

“After many years of wonderful service, one-half of the floor stopped working. When we purchased the system, we were told that a repair of lost service was possible, but we are now told such a repair can't be done. Very disappointing.”

“My customer interaction with Warmly Yours and Pauline Leprozo was top-notch. Was quite happy to work with the company directly.
