“Door handle problem ,could not open door ,small part of mechanism within the handle had broken Warranties 2000 said it was Accidental Damage and declined my claim…I told them on the phone I wanted to cancel my Policy and they said it would need to be in writing I am trying to email them to cancel my Policy but emails are being returned as incorrect address ???? Not happy”
“I would give them 0 if I could. I've been without a car for 6 days. Kept telling me will call you this morning and never did I had to call them. Ended up haing to call them every hour to get progress. Very rude to myself and the garage. Avoid at all costs!!!!”

My father paid £425 to these thieves for their Premier Plus Programme. Nice Booklets received on signing, but DONT get fooled like us! They are Quick to take your money but the minute you have a Claim this is what they say to get themselves OUT of settling, and I quote -
''Failure or breakage, the proximate cause of which is wear and tear, or parts which may be considered to have come to the end of their normal life expectancy, are specifically excluded from coverage by this warranty”.
