“Original quote was not quite what I wanted but spoke with Mayah and we changed the quote to what I required. All done very easily Then I sold car and hoped I could cancel warranty as replacement car had balance of Porsche 2 year warranty Kaydon persevered in getting in touch with me and glad he did as we managed to sort out cancellation and organise a refund to boot. Thanks for all your help WarrantyWise.”

“I rang Warrantywise to claim for 2 jobs on my car, I spoke to Angela who was extremely helpful, there were a couple of issues with what amount I could get but after she'd spoken to a technician the situation was resolved, Angela, rang back when she said she would and treated me so nicely nothing was too much trouble, I'm very pleased with the outcome so thankyou again Angela for making a stressful situation so much better! “Was really in two minds about this re the initial expense but considering the overall possible costs and the level of cover offered and the discount it was an easy decision for peace of mind. Looked after by Beth C very helpful and friendly do feel confident if any claims needed I will be looked after. Very happy 3 years plus of worry free motor repairs.”

“The warrantywise team dealt with my warranty request really quickly to make sure my repair could be carried out and I could use my car for the weekend. They approved 99% of the request with an understandable element not approved. Really happy with their cover, approach to a claim and speed of service.”

“Rebecca went through the policy with me in much detail and having initially planned to not take out the policy she won me over having tailored the policy details (Labour rates, excess, level of cover, etc) and ,most importantly, premium to justify signing up with Warranty Wise for three years instead of the manufacturers extended warranty for one year.”

“Dear Sir / madam, I am writing this message to bring to your attention what an exceptional employee you have working in your company, Angela Birtwistle. Her calm and patient manner was a great help to me when my frustration was at an all-time high, not to mention the symphonic and caring approach to ensure the customer was made to feel that they are important to Warrentywise. The incredible support she showed me to resolve the Warrenty claim that had been very badly managed previously was second to none as well as the vast knowledge she has and the remarkable problem-solving abilities are rare indeed. I truly hope that some reward can be awarded to Angela Birtwistle as recognition for her amazing customer service as she is an incredible asset to Warrentywise and if more companies has employees like Angela then the world would be a much better place. “Ok so I didn’t even know what I was signing myself up for, I literally left my policy in the hands of Josh who explained what I am covered for numerous times because I was out & not listening haha! The policy itself was easy enough, few details given over and my policy was complete! Had a few other questions once I had come off the phone so our Courtney blades came to the rescue and explained how it works :)”

“Great service throughout, phoned up to log issue and was very clear and easy process throughout, would recommend the service, best part too is taking my car to main dealer and knowing it's been fixed properly with genuine parts for a fraction of the actual cost and having a courtesy car whilst being repaired.”

“We have a small family run business selling used vehicles and have always supplied a warranty funded by ourselves. We had heard about Warrantywise and enquired about the different options available for applying to our sales vehicles . A Warrantywise representative travelled to see us and explain the different options available. Katrina Sparks is now our representative and ready to help if we have any questions or need further guidance. The level of knowledge and professionalism was second to none. We feel very fortunate to have learned about your company and hope to further our business with this level of service.
