The job of dealing with looking over the mechanics report and deciding if the repair goes ahead. In the comments someone asked what he has to do with the company. I've screenshot the conversation where Warrantywise state he is \" contracted by us to act as our final arbiter in claims. If you are dissatisfied you can speak to Edd directly about your repair.\" \r\nQuite a thing to divulge, so obviously I contacted Edd via his Facebook page as Warrantywise conveniently don't give a contact address.
