Awful, awful company. Left me without a vehicle for nearly a week just to say no to repairs. A nightmare to get hold of when you want anything, expect you to do all the liaison with garage. Honestly, save your monthly payment and put it in your savings, because these will not pay you out! Even the garage doesn’t like dealing with them. Legalised robbery.

I wish I had taken out additional warranty with Landrover despite it being more expensive. Be careful of the small print as there are so many exclusions and ways to give reasons not to pay claim or part-pay it. On my recent claim, despite Landrover, RAC, Halfords all saying that at least one hour for the repair/labour be required WW would only pay 30 mins (relying on book rates in T&C's). This put me in a really difficult position as I only then had 50% of the labour cost, it did take 1 hour and I was happy to provide video evidence of the repair but this was rejected. The advisor showed no empathy whatsoever to the position this put me in and the customer advisor 'The customer advisor' was very much a computer says no and 'I've never heard of this repair taking longer than 30 mins'.... This person mustn't be a qualified engineer as far as it appeared. Plenty of evidence provided what was being claimed in terms of labour was reasonable. Also, be aware that if they do pay out (rare) they will deduct the rest of your monthly payments out of your repair amount - so even less chance to have your repair done as half of the payment was taken instead of me having to make anymore monthly payments (If I wanted to pay monthly payments up front I would have done this). WW also won't let you challenge the contribution you have been offered, you either have to accept in full or get nothing and go through a much longer complaints process. In my opinion, its just not worth the hassle as so many exclusions they just say its in the terms and conditions (don't dispute this) so suggest you take the time to read all these and then invest your hard earned money elsewhere... Live & learn eh! Also just to point out, if they do make a 'contribution', this will be sent out days later via a postal cheque (very 80's) and you only get this if you wish to be paid directly after paying the invoice yourself so you need to be in funds up front anyway. My review got deleted on trustpilot as it contained the name of the advisor. Yet interestingly all the 5* reviews contain names and that's perfectly fine. Hmmmm....interesting. If only WW were as fast to authorise and monitor repairs as they are at monitoring and objecting to negative reviews on trust pilot. Their trust pilot review is only because they have people doing all they can to get negative reviews removed.... tells you all you need to know really....

No Integrity I feel compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with the dismal service I have encountered regarding Warrantywise and their purportedly highest-level warranty, which I procured at a considerable cost of £2,000. Regrettably, my experience has been fraught with a plethora of disappointments and frustrations, as the company appears to excel in generating excuses to evade fulfilling claims, even those amounting to a mere few hundred pounds. The debacle commenced with my initial claim related to a faulty switch in the rear tailgate, attributed to water ingress. Warrantywise's representatives initially assented to cover the costs associated with the switch and brake light seals. However, upon the vehicle's return post-repair, I was dismayed to discover that the switch had begun to leak water once more. Upon consulting the repair technician, it was disclosed that the failure stemmed from an issue with the other brake light seal, necessitating another claim submission. To my utter astonishment, this subsequent claim was summarily rejected. Consequently, my vehicle remains in its compromised state, with the inescapable likelihood that the switch will ultimately fail again, representing a blatant failure in the warranty's promised coverage. Adding insult to injury, I have found it exceedingly challenging to obtain updates regarding my repairs, as Warrantywise’s dedicated repair update phone line is perpetually unresponsive. Conversely, it is noteworthy that the sales team is readily available to address new business, highlighting a disturbing disparity in their customer service priorities. Furthermore, I must emphasise that my warranty was effectively mis-sold to me by Zuto, the managing director from Warrantywise gave me a personal call at home and guarantees that I was acquiring the pinnacle of warranty coverage and he would honour what the Zuto representative mis-sold to me . Based on his endorsements, I made the regrettable decision to retract my previous negative reviews in good faith, affording the company an opportunity to rectify the situation. Alas, Warrantywise MD has egregiously failed to live up to his commitments, leaving me disillusioned and frustrated. In light of these harrowing experiences, I urge potential customers to exercise extreme caution before engaging with Warrantywise. Their practice of prioritising sales over customer support is glaringly evident, and my personal experience serves as a cautionary tale regarding their reliability and integrity.

What a joke of a company!!! Only had the warranty 9 months. After paying £450 a year for it!! The 1st thing I've asked for is to help with a problem with my Air-condition which is going to cost £2.450 to repair. They have point blank refused to repair it and hasn't given any reason!!!!

Warranty Wise are the worst company ever. total scammers and liars, my car came with the warranty, everything is put down to wear an tear because my car is ten years old !! they accepted the warranty when my car was ten years old so they knew they would never pay out, so far cost me £2800. They are liars, told me the repairs were covered and then NO. Absolute fraudsters, con men and liars, dont go anywhere near them or you will regret it, just disgusting and a total rip off

Very disappointing experience! I have now cancelled my Warrantywise policy due to the way my first claim was handled, and I feel it’s important to warn others. Before taking the policy out, the age and mileage of my vehicle were fully declared and accepted, and I paid higher premiums specifically because of this. I took the policy out for protection against unexpected mechanical failures. When my alternator failed suddenly, the vehicle broke down and was independently inspected by both an RAC roadside assistance engineer and a VAT-registered garage. Both confirmed the alternator had failed and was no longer producing sufficient output. There were no prior warning symptoms, and the garage confirmed it was not a service-related issue. Despite this, Warrantywise declined the claim. This decision was made by their technician without carrying out their own diagnostics, and against the independent findings of both the RAC and the repairing garage. I was then given 30 days to appeal, conditional on providing further evidence. They advised that further diagnostics would require stripping the alternator, adding significant time and labour costs while my van remained off the road. Realistically, most customers are not in a position to fund invasive strip-down investigations on a failed component simply to satisfy an insurer. The claim was declined using a generic “wear and tear due to age and mileage” argument, despite those details being fully declared, accepted, and priced into the policy at the point of sale. This makes the cover feel misleading, as any moving component can be rejected on this basis, undermining the practical value of the policy. As a “gesture”, they offered to cover 50% of the repair, not by paying the garage, but by offsetting future monthly payments — meaning no money was actually released. From my perspective, this is a win-win for Warrantywise, as they continue to receive payments while the customer still bears the repair cost, and it raises concerns that the same approach could be taken again on future claims. Based on this experience, I genuinely believe customers would be better off putting the money aside themselves and paying for repairs directly, rather than relying on a policy that can be declined once a claim is made. What I was sold does not reflect the reality of the cover provided and feels extremely misleading. This experience has completely undermined my confidence in the policy. I would strongly advise anyone considering Warrantywise to think very carefully before signing up.

BEWARE!! Do bot get fooled by this company. Got mis-sold warranty promising any repair up to value of car and just one VAT serv8ice required. When it was time to enquire for a real repair, they claimed they will only cover A FEW HOURS assigned to this job category (Drive chain replacement) and A FULL SERVICE HISTORY WILL REQUIRED. However, this TOTALLY CONTRADICTED the EXPERT SCAMMER SALESMAN'S SALES PITCH. Very very disappointed (Luckily drive chain was diagnosed to be fine!!). When I requested to cancel my warranty, the admin lady calls me claiming again that repairs is to the value of the car and one service VAT registered is required so I do not cancel. She could answer when I told her that her repair admin told me the only a few hours is assigned to specific jobs. Basically, they look for ways to nullify your warranty if it is an EXPENSIVE JOB, a cheap job I guess should be ok by their underwriters. SHOCKING REALITY. I cancelled my policy based on this FACT!! NEVER AGAIN!! Bloody SCAMMERS!!

Surprise surprise they refused to fix my car took out car finance and they included this scam company warranty wise. I paid 1200 for the highest cover over 2 years. 6 months later my car has an oil leak. So I read what my warranty covers and it says oil leaks. So I take it to my local garage and I was warned by a customer who dealt with warranty wise before that warranty wise are scammers and will use the excuse its wear and tear to not pay you. The car was at the garage 4 days!! until warranty wise decided they're not going to pay for it fixing due to..... you guessed it, wear and tear. They don't actually cover anything. They always use the excuse wear and tear. They take your money and will never ever pay for your car fixing. Do not ever use this company. AA are the ones to go with. I'm now in contact with my lawyer to sue them for my remaining money back as they've just basically scammed me. Please please please stay well away from this company, they will steal your hard earned money!!! So l've been without a car for 4 days. I paid £1200 for a fake warranty and I'm now over £1000 down in repair bills!!! Get ready for warranty wise to reply to this with we're very sorry to hear this bla bla bla rubbish AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL

They reject every claim you make and even when you can prove that their terms and conditions should cover the claim, they completely ignore your emails. If you are claiming via phone, they will give you the typical non-answer response to any questions and will avoid any claims no matter how cheap or resonable they are

I was quoted £1,540 to transfer my warranty to a new EV and told it was a special loyalty deal. I had £965 left on my current policy, so I assumed £1,540 was the total cost, not an extra charge. For context, the car dealer offered a 3-year EV warranty for around £1,500, so staying loyal for £40 more seemed fine. But when I used the company’s own website, I got a quote of £782 — and £1,814 for 3 years. When I said I was ready to go ahead, I was told I had to pay the full £1,540 in addition to my remaining balance. I was never told this upfront. Only after I challenged it did they suddenly offer to price-match the £1,814 quote — making it obvious the “deal” was never real. I felt misled and frankly angry — it felt like they tried to con me out of £1,000. I’ve lost trust and won’t be using them again.
