This company worms its way out of paying for any repair work carried out on your vehicle. Read the terms and conditions before purchasing any cover. "CUNNING ABOUT WARRANTIES "

STAY CLEAR. LEARN FROM OTHERS EXPERIENCE. Unfortunately I had to give Warranty Wise a one star as there is no lower options. Deserves COMPLETE FAT ZERO! Purchased a car which came with a Gold warranty wise and all seemed OK until the car has developed a fault. It was diagnosed as blocked heating matrix and leaking coolant! A repair was raised with warranty wise which was declined the next on the basis that the matrix is blocked and they do not cover blocked parts! This is absolutely pathetic because matrix can either leak or be blocked! There is nothing in the booklet they provide to indicate such problem. It's clearly written matrix is covered so you would assume it will be fixed! They look for any excuse under the sun the decline a repair! The warranty is not worth the paper that it's written on!! Please read all the negative reviews. I would not trust the positive ones!!! Probably the worst company on the market!! And they had an audacity to text me and offer black Friday discount on their extended warranty! You could not make this up!!

One star for the biggest rip off I have ever experienced. Dealership spotted wishbone bushes needed replacing on 2019 reg with 19k miles .Had policy that commenced May 2023 with a 6/600 policy so rang then and got verbal confirmation replacement was accepted under "wear and tare "as specified in their Terms of agreement. Took car to dealership and they completed the work but when it came to payment was very surprised to be advised by the garage that they had refused to pay.! Here is how small minded and uselss they were compared to the advertising........ Value of the claim was small and less than £200 of which I had a £100 liability No consideration to age - milage -claim value etc in their negative response. Result was I paid my bill to the garage and advised Warrantywise on the same call that they were disputing with the dealership over £100 that I had terminated my contractual agreement with them and confirmed it in email to ensure payment due this month was cancelled and all documented. Don't pay your premium in a lump sum or four debits .I fortunately chose to pay monthly that gave me the opportunity to test their value and credibility v marketing materials and found they scored exceptionally low in every aspect of my expectation . Read the literature but think twice and then think again of the alternatives from the manufacturers before you act.

Dreadful company there happy to take your money but as soon as you've a claim to put in. All they say is it's wear and tear and they don't cover that. Please be careful and read the small print and if possible use another company I rarely write reviews but I feel the need here

A SCAM The policy came with a second hand vehicle. I read it carefully and thought it gave me a lot of reassurance, it doesn't. Claim to be the "UK's best Used Car Warranty Provider". Would be 0 stars if possible. I couldn't find a local garage to deal directly with them, because of bad experiences in the past. Described them as "not worth the paper it's written on" I tried to put a quote in myself It took a week to process, with instructions not to get it repaired before authorisation, otherwise they may not pay out. They claim it takes 1-2 days. Did eventually receive an email saying if necessary I could pay the invoice and then claim A week without a vehicle, very inconvenient, especially when you were meant to go on holiday in it . No sign of a courtesy car, which is promised in the policy, that is only available for the 3 hours the repairs are actually being done, garages normally do this anyway. Of course they then wouldn't pay up. Read the reviews, positive ones seem to be how marvellous they are at SELLING policies, negative ones about trying to claim. Edit:claim 2 My policy specifically mentioned air conditioning was covered as an extra. They have declined to pay for that too, apparently because it wasn't pre-authorised, but I do have an email saying I could do that. I am so far £1300, out of pocket, because NOTHING I have claimed for is covered. I understand not everything will be covered, but surely I'm not that unlucky. As a non-mechanic, I don't understand the exclusions, which is where 5hey take advantage of you. DO NOT BUY one of these policies Currently in the process of complaining. Edit 3 After contacting the company who sold me my vehicle with warranty, Warrantywise have agreed to pay 1/5 of my claim, and the company are matching it, which they really shouldn't have to do as they are only a small company. Edit 4 Even after agreeing to pay a discretionary goodwill payment for an invoice I have already paid there are more hurdles to jump through, notably asking the garage to make a new invoice in the name of Warrantywise, for a bill I have already paid, plus completing another form. Then they pay by cheque, and only send them out once a week.

NEVER IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I had paid for a premium plan for 12 months. These guys put pretty much every cover under wear and tear cause. I have broken parts which somehow without any evidence from their end, they have declined the claim and put it down as wear and tear. WarrantyWise looks amazing, but once you're a customer, it soon changes. What I did: Step 1 - My garage put in a claim for Intake Manifolds Step 2 - Got Declined Step 3 - I contested and wanted it to be reassessed Step 4 - Garage sent further details Step 5 - Got Declined Step 6 - Got told to make a complaint to customer services. RECOMMENDED: Look for alternatives, AA, RAC are better, as told by my garage. Dealers should not use WarrantyWise.

IMPORTANT small print trickery, read clause on page 19 appendix F3.16 What a complete joke of a company. "The plan excludes the breakdown or failure due to wear and tear of a part of your vehicle with inherent, common and regularly occurring manufacturing faults which were well publicised (such as Google Internet search)", So if you have a car from a major manufacturer pretty much everything will have gone wrong before and someone will have posted it online, that means WarrantyWise don't have to pay! They did this in my case with a blown engine on a car with only 52K and a full service history. I had the top cover with them and they refused it point blank, leaving me without the £5K Warranty cover I felt I was due. DON'T USE as they won't pay, when you need it! Oli, from Ross-on-Wye.

Disgraceful… pure cowboys!! DO NOT buy warranty through this company. They WIL NOT PAY ANYTHING EVER. Read the reviews properly of numerous claims rejected not the ones where they’re great taking your payment.

Never use this company. I would've give zero stars if Trust pilot let me. They don't tell you that if the car you've just purchased hasn't had a full (and I mean full not part) service history including gearbox oil change they won't repair your car. Honestly choose another. I am now left with a bill costing thousands and have been giving these crooks money for nothing.

The biggest Scam ever existed in the UK. No doubt they have excellent customer service but without a doubt, thats not why you paying for. I doubt if any of the claims ever accepted rather than their own people. I have been paying for the warranty for over 3 years now and it was clearly mentioned the engine was under the cover, but there was a fault with a turbo, which was clearly not a “wear & tear” issue, my claim was rejected. How surprising was that!! DO NOT waste your money after warranty wise, you will only get good words in return, and they will turn their back when you make a claim.. Never again, cancelling my plan with them straight away!!

Tesla owners be very cautious about using this so called warranty company they hide behind t&cs and so-called inherent problems with the cars.My Tesla model S had air conditioning problems they claimed this was inherent with older models Mine was one of the last of the cars to be brought into the UK in 2020 Now they have squeezed out of the claim saying all models have problems. This company speaks with forked tongue be very carefully !!!

A scam warranty company….. Look at the reply when I tried to make a claim…. Dear Mr Preston I regret to inform you that on this occasion your repair has been declined. Your repairer wishes to replace the following part(s) on your vehicle: 1) Engine They have advised your vehicles engine wet timing belt has failed. We are aware this is a very common failure for Ford engines therefore they are excluded on all levels of cover. Unfortunately, inherent, common and regularly occurring manufacturing faults are excluded on all plans therefore we are unable to authorise your request. Please refer to your plan booklet for full terms and conditions. I am sorry this is not the outcome you expected. If you have any questions or any new information you wish to be considered, please e-mail repairs@warrantywise.co.uk within 30 days of the above date. Yours sincerely Ross Repairs Department - Warrantywise Is that my fault……

When you take out a plan with WarrantyWise they omit the important fact that their labour rates and all parts include VAT. So when you finally get through their lengthy process of claiming where they are such a mess and try to catch you out at every corner. You end up claiming back the money you have to pay out first and then they refuse to pay the VAT. I will be contacting the Motor Ombudsman about WarrantyWise

Fraud Company! Do not take this warranty policy! I was very precisely told by the agent that I am fully covered for the drive shaft from day one. When I happened to make the claim after driving nearly 2000 since taking the policy they turned up to decline my claim by saying that the policy was taking out 27 days ago therefore we declined your claim! Absolute Con and Fraud! Do not waste your money!
