Still glad I sued them . Literally make it up as they go along and Quentin Willson does not botehr replying and yet has a email on the glossy flyers to lure you in What was HE thinking ? Taking the money and putting his name to this lot ? Really .. Why are they still even operating WHY have they not been closed down yet and investigated ??

only way for these guys to pay out if you take your car to dealers and tell them the part that you want to replace is failed and not worn out, futuremore you will need to narrow down the part you want to replace as on your dsic report you will find in this day and age you will have multiple failers in parts so in otherwords you dont want more than one fault on your report, once you have completed this restassure you will get paid out only if your parts are not wear and tear which we have already been through< speak to a manger called stan form the admin team he will put your case through 70% as long as you bribe him of £500 per claim absolutley joke never ever get warrenty if you have already purchased this then its bad luck your only option is to do as insturcted above mike from xwarrentywise xollegue

Scammers! don't fall for the fake reviews! Following on from my earlier review, I have raised an official complaint with Warranty wise to which they replied with the usual 'wear & tear' read your policy to see which parts are covered. I have replied with the following letter: Dear *** This is an unsatisfactory answer. I have been mis-sold a policy when I purchased the car believing that all parts would be covered - I would like to highlight that I have limited knowledge of car parts but I was reassured never the less. The policy terms were not stipulated, neither were the factors relating to the age of the car. There are also too many loopholes such as 'wear and tear' as highlighted by other reviewers on Trust Pilot and Google reviews https://www.reviews.co.uk/company-reviews/store/warrantywise-co-uk I would like a full refund for the money I have paid for policy *** without cancellation charges incurred and further payments taken. I have telephoned my bank this morning to inform them that a payment is due from yourselves in November. Failure to do this will result in my complaint being taken to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre. If the matter is not resolved amicably, I will be taking my complaint to the Financial Services Authority, Financial Conduct Authority, Financial Ombudsman which will cost Warranty Wise £500 for each case submitted. I will also be writing to Quentin Wilson directly to ensure this does not happen to anybody else in the future. The car is due to cost me around £2,000 and I simply cannot afford the £500 policy cost in the current climate. The following payments have been taken out of my account: 30/11/2021 - £122.5 31/03/2022 - £122.5 31/07/2022 - £122.5 30/11/2022 - £122.5 *not yet taken I look forward to your prompt response in this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address. I would appreciate it if you passed my complaint to your Customer Services Manager or I can put it in writing to them.

Please DO NOT take out a warranty with this company - they are a scam! They will use every loophole to get out of paying - see other reviews. I was mis-sold the policy when I bought the car believing that parts would be covered (I know nothing about cars or car parts but was re-assured never the less). I simply cannot afford £500 in the current climate. For the other reviewers, all I can suggest is that you contact the Financial Services Authority, Financial Conduct Authority, Financial Ombudsman as it will cost Warranty Wise £500 for each case submitted. I am also writing to Quentin Wilson directly and I have opened my case with Resolver and will escalate this week. Here are the two declines that I have received: I regret to inform you that on this occasion your repair has been declined. Your repairer wishes to replace the following part(s) on your vehicle: 1) Oil Cooler 2) Oil filter housing seal Unfortunately the part(s) are not listed or covered on the level of cover you currently hold and therefore we cannot consider this request. Please refer to your plan booklet for full terms and conditions. I am sorry this is not the outcome you expected. If you have any questions or any new information you wish to be considered please email repairs@warrantywise.co.uk within 30 days of the above date. I regret to inform you that on this occasion your repair has been declined. Your repairer wishes to replace the following part(s) on your vehicle: 1) High Pressure Fuel Pump Your repairer has requested to replace the high pressure fuel pump Unfortunately the part(s) are not listed or covered on the level of cover you currently hold and therefore we cannot consider this request. Please refer to your plan booklet for full terms and conditions. I am sorry this is not the outcome you expected. If you have any questions or any new information you wish to be considered please email repairs@warrantywise.co.uk within 30 days of the above date.

Awful company, they sent us to a car mechanic that they approved of. 45 minute drive from our house and we are only in Dorset. The car mechanic took a long time to contact warranty wise and then nothing… we have contacted warranty wise several times only for them to tell us a different story each time. We haven’t received the information, we have received the information that we asked for but we need more, it’s been not approved, we can’t find it. We are not very happy at all and would never recommend or continue with them and would highly recommend everyone to stay clear.

Well I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing my car from dealer on auto trader (Prime Cars - based in Ilford). I was sold the car with warranty included, with guess who? Warrantywise. This company clearly has a reputation of dodging bullets and they’ve just dodged another one… Avoid Avoid Avoid! My car, a few months after purchase, developed an issue where there was sudden loss of power and lots of fumes coming out of rear… It was non-drivable and so I had RAC take it to Mercedes dealership who diagnosed a non-genuine turbo was fitted and would need to be replaced. Total cost = £3,338.15p I phoned up today asking for an update and was told they need my service history record (it was serviced by Mercedes on 3 occasions - last one being in 2017). Moments later as I was gathering docs to send, I received and email justifying their refusal to payout! I phoned up and queried as they had not received full service history, Mercedes must have sent what was on their file but apparently a decision was not made based on view service history! I asked why was it requested and was told it’s standard procedure. Logic would say this was a waste of time, why even ask for it?! See below their reason for refusal: “I regret to inform you that on this occasion your repair has been declined. Your repairer wishes to replace the following part(s) on your vehicle: 1) Turbo They have advised your vehicles turbo turbine shaft is noisy and loose. This is considered a wear issue and not a sudden mechanical breakdown as defined. Unfortunately parts which have suffered a sudden and unexpected failure due to wear and tear, cannot be considered for assessment on vehicles that have been on cover less than 30 days and 1,000 miles from your Plan Start Date and for vehicles over 10 years old or 100,000 miles (whichever greater). Whether a Part has suffered a Failure due to wear & tear is determined by us comparing the extent of wear on the failed Part with other similar, connected or associated Parts, which we would expect to be dissimilar. Please refer to your plan booklet for full terms and conditions.” I hope this review helps!

I bought a Car in April 2022 through a Dealer as I wanted to make sure that I have peace of Mind and was given a warranty cover (repairs) in case I need it later. My average mileage in 2000 miles approx. a year, and the Car had done less than 200 miles when a problem with a Clutch happened. I am a Pensioner on a limited budget and the company rejected my plea for honouring the promise for repairs without any reason. The company is a sham and the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on, the Mechanic pointed out to another Car which was on a Ramp that it got rejected as well.

I was given the bronze warranty via a dealer. CV joint was found faulty. This inspection was done by a local BMW dealer. WW want to inspect it so the cost of stripping for inspection is £170 which I would have to pay. This isn’t a warranty its a complete joke as my vehicle is a BMW X5 so who would know better than these guys. Would not go near these idiots if I won the lottery. Useless

Worst warranty company ever. They shouldn't be called warranty wise, more like warranty dodgy. Paid for a policy which includes courtesy car. My car broke down over a month and after requesting a courtesy car.. I'm told, I can only get it, if the repairs will take more than 6 hrs, guess who makes that decision??. Yep you got it, warranty wise. Apart from body repairs, which mechanical or electronic part of the car takes 6 hrs to repair?? In order words, they sell you something you can never get. To me that's not wise, that's dodgy, then they point you to the T&C's on their website. If you you this company be sure to have your lawyer look at the paper work before you sign anything. Getting them to pay for repairs: That's another joke. They'll pay for 1.6 hrs of work, even though it took the garage 3hrs, then they don't want to pay VAT because the invoice should be in their name, but just also include your name and address.. talk about sketch dodgy companies, why don't trading standards clamp down on these scammers.

Good afternoon Mr Bell, Thank you for contacting our Customer Services department. I have taken the time to review this decision for you, and understand why you are unhappy with the decision at hand. However, looking at the information provided by your repairer, I can see that the decision made is correct as per your plan Terms and Conditions. As you are now aware, we specifically exclude seized components under Section F3.15 of your plan Terms and Conditions. Therefore, we are unable to offer cover for seized components under any of the plans which we offer. I can also see that this vehicle has failed it's MOT due to the seized calipers. As you do not have the MOT failure addition on your vehicle, we are unable to offer cover for any component which has caused MOT failure. The details of the MOT failure addition can be found under Section D8 of your plan Terms and Conditions. We allow a 30-day cooling off period for you to read through your plan Terms and Conditions and make yourself aware of what is and is not covered under your plan. This is double the legally required time frame, and the onus lies with yourself to ensure this is done and tharf you are aware of the level of cover which you hold. It is advised to do this at the end of every sales call made. Unfortunately, as this decision is correct and does not breach any of your plan Terms and Conditions, I cannot reconsider this outcome on this occasion. Should you wish to cancel this plan, please contact our Administration department at admin@warrantywise.co.uk and they will be able to advise further on your options here. I apologise for any inconvenience and should you wish to discuss this matter further, please get back to me in response to this email. There you go folks they dont COVER ANY seized parts on any of there warranty's pity they don't tell you.. there email back to me today

When replacing the tyres the garage found one shock absorber leaking badly. I asked to be replaced. Then I sent the invoice and the claim form to warrantywise to be refunded. After one month I call them to now about that claim. I was told they are not even look at it because my warranty had expiry and I didn't renew it. My claim was made before the warranty expired!!! I'll find out if I can do something about it. I was in holidays abroad and I intent to renew it after my return. But after this, not with them!! So, if you want a warranty for your car go somewhere else!!!

They had no leniency to a delayed service schedule where we could not get the car into a garage during extraordinary Covid times. Explained to them the circumstances and you would thought that they could be more flexible but no. I would advise not to use this company, go elsewhere.

They’ll get out of anything to pay for your repairs. My shock absorbers went on my car 500 miles into ownership. Despite the items included in my plan, warranty wise insisted they were wear and tear items and therefore not covered. Their own policy contradicts what they say on the phone, and they’ll just say everything is wear and tear

As a business owner this has got to be the worst warranty company going, the costs are well over priced and it’s not even worth the paper they are written on, If you are buying a car and it has this company as there warranty don’t bother buying the car as they will not honour any repairs at all, if you are looking at buying any of there warranty’s business owners or public don’t bother stay well clear of these cowboys you will just waste your money and still have to pay for full repairs as this company does not want to know and riggles out of paying any claim made. Cons cons cons.
