“Prior to delivery, I had a couple of queries which were dealt with in a very friendly manner via the on-line chat service. Skip was delivered nice and early on the appointed day and collected as per the arrangements - in both cases the driver was courteous and friendly. Will definitely use this service again in the future.”

“The service provided by WasteOnline was excellent and the website was very easy to navigate. Customer service was brilliant when I had to change the size of my skip which was my fault and sorted out with no issues. My only worry was (and not directed at WasteOnline) was that when the skip turned up, it had obviously seen better days and had holes in it and I was a bit concerned that when it was collected, that the bottom would fall out of it. Thankfully this didn't happen but it did worry me as I was filling it up! I would definitely recommend WasteOnline to anybody looking for a very competitively priced skip and excellent customer service. Thank you!”

“Excellent all-round! The online price beat the three local skip providers I phoned by quite a lot. I ordered the skip to be delivered the next day and an hour later I got a phone call to say they couldn't make it but could do the following day, which was fine. They arrived about 9:30am and even though I have a very tight and awkwardly-shaped driveway the driver took some trouble to put the skip exactly where I wanted it. He even made a huge effort not to damage my front lawn by driving on it or extending the support legs onto it, which I didn't expect. A fortnight later the same driver collected the skip again. He came just after lunch and was again very careful to do as little damage as possible, despite having a very full and heavy skip to pick up. Now it's gone you'd never even know I'd had a skip. Overall I'm very happy. Easy to book, great price and excellent service. Highly recommended!”

“Very good service. Quickly and efficiently delivered, and placed in exactly the right place, as requested. Collection was equally as efficient. The web site updates were very useful, and all were accurate, which is much appreciated when you’re working to a schedule and need things to to go as planned. No hesitation in doing business again. Very pleased.”
