Turned up day late Should have been picked up two days ago, still not been collected which is an inconvenience as the skip is behind locked driveway gates so somebody has to be home all the time and the ironic thing is if I go out and collection fails I get charged!

Very good service until collecting as my skip was still not collected 2days after receiving an email telling me that it would be collected that day 😧

We have had two skips in the recent weeks and everything has been ok, until the driver who collected the last skip had a very bad attitude. John Young JY AUto Electrics Ltd

Would have liked to have been able to have for an extra day or two. Had the skip hire before from skip company and dont normally pick up until you ring them. But these arrange collection also

Delivery was on the day arranged but collection was two days after the arranged date even though I was getting text and email saying it was going to be collected on the arranged date.

I booked a skip for 5 days and it was delivered half way through day 1 and early in day 5 which only gave me 3 and a 1/2 days to complete the job.

The size of the skip was not as ordered so was unable to complete job but apart from that it was delivered and collected as predicted

Very easy to book and not a bad price. Skip was dropped off exactly when I requested although it was put on the opposite side of the drive I asked for away from the side gate and they’ve took a chunk out of the concrete print!!

The collection and delivery drivers were excellent. My only gripe was requesting a pick up on a said date, and having this confirmed it was not carried out to the following day

Good price, delivered on time. Collection was supposed to be 2 days ago but the skip is still sitting in our drive even having received an email advising it would be collected on the agreed day between 07:30 and 17:30.

Skip delivery didn't happen until two days after the date specified on the confirmation email, and only then because I'd phoned on the second day. Skip was due to be collected 2 days ago and I'm still waiting for that to happen. Technically that's still within the 72hrs leeway that they advise, hence I've not rated as very poor. The only reason I've been so generous as to give a 3-star rating is that the lady who dealt with my call to enquire about the delivery delay accepted it was their admin error straight away and called suppliers to ensure I had a skip for 0730 the following day. So, great customer service, but only in response to a failure in customer service!

Extremely good service, however, my early collection was confirmed for 1 date but not communicated to the supplier and ended up 24hrs late.

Delivery on time and driver helpful and polite. Unfortunately the skip was not collected as arranged and was eventually picked up 10 days later. Not ideal as we waiting for photos to be taken to get the property on the market.

Initial booking was fine, but when I wanted to change my pick up date, it would not allow me to do this on My Account, which I was told I would be able to do. It did get it resolved, through the online chat. Drop off and pick up were fine.

Driver refused to collect the skip after I had missed him due to going up the shop. Now I’m told that you are going to charge me £90. Oh no you are not
