“Ordering process is streamlined and efficient. There was a small issue with delivery (not delivered on the date specified) but this was very quickly resolved using the web chat facility and the skip was delivered quickly after raising the issue. This is the 4th time I have used WasteOnline and would definitely recommend and use again”

“The website was simple and easy to use, the company kept me well informed giving me confidence that the skip would arrive on time. It did indeed arrive on time and the driver was cheerful, friendly and effiecient. Timely reminders before pick up gave confidence that we would not be forgotten and the skip was duly collected on time.”

Hi Anthony, Thank you the feedback you have provided, we are happy that the skip was delivered on time however we understand that you were moving home on this occasion. When orders are placed with suppliers they are made aware of the specified collection dates, however due to unforeseen circumstances the supplier was unable to meet the deadline provided. “Skip was delivered a day late. It was collected 2 days late after me having to send several emails. I was advised that it would be collected in 5 working days and they couldn’t give me a day.”

Hi Megan, We offer our sincerest apologies for this inconvenience, we understand the supplier delivered the skip 2 days late, this has been fed back to the supplier. To make up for this we extended your time with the skip so you didn't lose any time with it. However it seems you have misunderstood this as being collected late. We did this as we didn't believe you would want the skip for any less time than you previously booked it for. Sorry for the inconvenience and misunderstanding, we hope you would give us the opportunity to rectify this and provide you with a significantly better service moving forward. Hi Tomas, We are extremely sorry for this inconvenience, as the first skip was delivered by a specific supplier and an exchange was ordered for the second, we had to use the same supplier. If we had known sooner that the first skip was delivered late we would have made arrangements for a different supplier to deliver the second skip to ensure no further delays. The delays and inconvenience was fed back to the supplier in question and they offer their apologies as well. We believe the exchange was delayed due to being done the same as the May bank holiday, which is one of the busiest times of the year for skip hire, due to the extended weekend. On our website there is an update stating that on some occasions deliveries/collections could delayed by a day, due to skeleton staff at some skip suppliers. We always email or call customers that may be unfortunate enough to have the skip delayed.
