“It is with sadness that I write this review as what started well, went wrong. I ordered a strap from Watch Strap Style (The Horology Group), it arrived but I'd ordered the wrong size. I contacted them and Martyn said I could send it back with my old strap and he would send me a new one. I received an acknowledgement that the new strap had been shipped - all going well so far. BUT..... the replacement strap never arrived. The Post Office said that they had delivered but my daughter was in all day and it never arrived. We had two other deliveries that day which arrived and are clearly seen on the doorbell camera but not the strap. I contacted Martyn multiple times chasing the strap. He said he would follow up with the Post Office but I didn't hear back from him and he completely stopped responding to my emails. In the end I paid for a product that I never received. That's wrong on every level.”

“I ordered a strap on Friday evening and realised I had ordered the wrong size. To my surprise, I got a reply pretty much instantly (it was quite late), an acknowledgement that the order had changed. I received another email on Monday saying it had been posted with tracking information, and I received it yesterday.”

“I have ordered and paid for my watch strap on 23 November 2023, you confirmed the order and dispatched (order number #61704)on the same day. I’m still waiting to receive the watch strap,sent you 4 e mails but no reply. Very poor service. Akin”

“They sent me a leather strap without holes for springbars: therefore the strap could not be attached to the watch. They didn’t help out after contacting them about it.”

“I have quite a few old watches and as the straps need replacing I always come here. Fantastic selection made easy, ordering is fuss free and best of all the straps are great and look a hell of a lot better than the price suggests. A no-brainer for me.”
