“I ordered a strap on Friday evening and realised I had ordered the wrong size. To my surprise, I got a reply pretty much instantly (it was quite late), an acknowledgement that the order had changed. I received another email on Monday saying it had been posted with tracking information, and I received it yesterday.”

“I have ordered and paid for my watch strap on 23 November 2023, you confirmed the order and dispatched (order number #61704)on the same day. I’m still waiting to receive the watch strap,sent you 4 e mails but no reply. Very poor service. Akin”

“They sent me a leather strap without holes for springbars: therefore the strap could not be attached to the watch. They didn’t help out after contacting them about it.”

“I have quite a few old watches and as the straps need replacing I always come here. Fantastic selection made easy, ordering is fuss free and best of all the straps are great and look a hell of a lot better than the price suggests. A no-brainer for me.”
