“Arrived very quickly but not very impressed with quality. Firstly the spring bars were faulty so had to rescue the ones from old strap. The strap is probably the thinnest gauge leather strap I've ever had. Doesn't feel good or look very good. Am thinking to replace it soon which is a bit annoying.”

“Quite good quality leather strap but only one size which is a bit too big for me. The return policy isn’t ok, basically if you remove from the package to try it on they refuse to take it back. Sure this is breach of consumer rights, but can’t be bothered to fight it out - certainly won’t shop there again unless they change their policy.”

“Strap is fine but they didn’t send the tools needed to change the strap ( advertised they would come with it)and have not replied to my request for some to be sent.”

“Service and delivery were both excellent. The product (Windsor Smooth Black 26mm) looks good and is super comfortable to wear. The only downside is its length, sadly it's barely long enough to fasten. For quality and value, I would order this again but wish it was a few centimeters longer Watch Strap Style!”

“a great shame the strap tapered, I assumed it would be the same. width overall, also I misunderstood the fittings, and spring bar, I thought I was getting a strap with your easy-fit spring bars.”

“I'm happy with the comfort and fit of the watch strap itself, but the pins popped out three or four times and I almost lost my watch on the first day I wore it. I swapped out the pins from my old, broken watch strap and now the strap is staying securely on my wrist at last.”
