“I ordered 2 watch straps filling in details using apple pay which has the full address input automatically. The website did not register my house number. Addressed this issue in 2 emails and only received 1 strap and then got no response after trying to reach out. After posting a review I managed to get a response to my second email and issue was dealt with. The strap is ok, the curve does not fit the watch properly but I guess it just comes down to the watch you own. The strap is more suitable for thicker watches.”

“Can't honestly leave a five-star review as the watch strap went missing in the post and so this wasn't a perfect transaction. On the other hand, when I contacted WSS customer service to say it hadn't arrived I got a reply within a couple of days saying they were looking into it – and a week later a replacement arrived. Can't say fairer than that, especially as they were helpful about it at every stage. As for the watch strap, which I've just fitted, it is exactly as described on the website and feels like good quality. I'd buy from them again”

“It is a nice looking quality watch strap and I am very happy the way it complements my vintage watch. But I have very small wrists and had to put 2 extra holes in to enable me to wear my watch. Which I will look out for in future… Also, Royal Mail took it’s time, although dispatched on a Monday, the packet didn’t reach me till Saturday. By first class… Otherwise I am very happy with the service I received.”
