Can't honestly leave a five-star review as the watch strap went missing in the post and so this wasn't a perfect transaction. On the other hand, when I contacted WSS customer service to say it hadn't arrived I got a reply within a couple of days saying they were looking into it – and a week later a replacement arrived. Can't say fairer than that, especially as they were helpful about it at every stage. As for the watch strap, which I've just fitted, it is exactly as described on the website and feels like good quality. I'd buy from them again
