“Incredibly good service!! I am almost speechless in admiration of the service I received as a first time customer. We're heading off on holiday soon and of course I left everything to the last minute when i discovered the loss of my face mask with prescription lens. I found Watersports Warehouse via the internet, called them and spoke to Michelle (I hope I have remembered the name correctly). She was extremely helpful guiding me through the options available to me and a little later I placed the order online. That was early afternoon on Friday 11th. Given our imminent departure I paid extra for the express delivery which I thought would arrive middle of the following week. Instead it arrived the following day!! And with the prescription loess fitted for me!!! So yes, no hesitation in providing this review and giving a 5-star rating. A really great example of customer service - thanks Michelle et al.”

“Jestem milo zaskoczony. Obsluga jest bardzo szybka . W caly swoim życiu rzadko kiedy miałem okazje do tej pory trafić na taki sklep . Nie bylo problemu tez z wymianą , ktora trwała doslownie pare dni a wszystko odbywa sie droga pocztowa . Na wszystkie pytania staraja sie odpowiedziec w szybkim tempie . Polecam zrobi zakupy i pozdrawiam”

Thought a translation would be useful (thanks Google). "I am pleasantly surprised. The service is very fast. In my entire life, I have rarely had the opportunity to come across such a store. There was no problem with the exchange, which lasted literally a few days and everything is done by mail. They try to answer all questions quickly. I recommend shopping and greetings"

Unfortunately times do change Scott, we have been open as a shop since 1990, unfortunately staffing and maintaining the shop is no longer viable. We still do offer local pick up as you have experienced. Mike George, Managing Director.
