“Goods arrived as delivery date. However living in the Highlands is often seen as not part of UK mainland which then incurs additional postage charges. Items as described no problems with the quality of the goods. I would use the company again if buying wet gear.”

“First go with a wetsuit yesterday. Loved it. Might be a little big but it did the job, I was warm and stayed in for longer than I had been previously, which was my objective.”

“I have amended my review now to reflect that the delivery delays I experienced have now been resolved and I have to admit that the problems that I had experienced are nothing to do with Watersports Warehouse. I still do not know why I could not get in touch with them when I needed to, but when I left my first, bad, review (which may be overwritten by this one), they contacted me immediately and the issues were resolved. My issues were actually down to the post office, rather than Watersports Warehouse. So thank you for your help in this matter.”

Interesting review this, according to Royal Mail Tracking the parcel was delivered 2 days after despatch by ourselves, if this is incorrect then we will look into it. We haven't done so until now as we were unaware of any issue. With regard to contacting us, our website is fully functioning, at the foot of every page is our full address and phone number with the times our phone lines are open, which is 9:30 to 5:30 Monday to Friday. Our email address is also shown, we usually respond to emails on the same day as received Monday to Friday, usually within 2 hours of receipt. This is genuinely the first time anyone has said they have "no way of contacting" us. Mike George, Managing Director

“Very happy with web site, ease of ordering and response times. However, very disappointed that a small Cornish enterprise cannot find and sell products made in the U.K. I guess I should have done more research but it was not evident from web site perusal that the shoes I ordered were of Chinese manufacture.”

“Arrived safely in good condition and on time considering the current situation!!!! I bought a Mares puck as my first dive computer (second hand). Unfortunately it got flooded so I decided to go up to the pro plus. Great unit, easy to navigate through. Only issue was there is no manual (I downloaded it from the net)”
