“I didn't received the order, I contacted the shipping company and they said that they already delivered the package to a different name and address and I should contact Waterdrop as they had the address of another person in my order. And I did contact Waterdrop and it seems they didn't read my message as the responses were all generic and that they checked the tracking and it was delivered and to check if it was delivered to someone at my house, neighbor or safe place... The package was delivered to someone who doesn't not have my name, 30km far from my address, so no... It was in my first message, thanks for reading. So for me the experience was very poor since I didn't receive the order, didn't get support and spent money on something that was delivered to someone else. So I would not recommend buying from Waterdrop because if there is any problem they will try to sweep the problem under the carpet. Also the phone number is not working, so great customer support.”

“Easy ordering on the website. Nice gifts when you order (within a certain amount to spend). Very well packaged and a quick delivery (5 workdays to Sweden). All in all very happy. Oh and let's not forget that the products are high quality and very tastefull.”
