“I couldn't be happier with the customer support I received with my last order. 1st, I wanted to get the Emilia Wickstead bottle with my points but wasn't able to put it in my cart, due to a technical issue. I reached out to Waterdrop via Instagram and within 2 days the issue was solved. Then, I received the incorrect number of Microlyte packs and again, the customer service solved it within a couple of days. They even sent me another Microlyte pack to apologize for the inconvenience.”

“I like their service and how communicative they are. If there's a problem, they'll let you know and discuss options with you. Also, if something goes wrong, they'll fix it or find some way to make it up to you that will be satisfactory for you. Their products are also really good quality.”
