Wish it would give more information, PH doesn't record accurately. How do I clear replace sensor? Everything considered don't think it's worth the price>

Some problems loading the batteries into the unit. Getting the unit to pair with the app is also difficult. Really not sure how it is working as I am still having problems getting the app paired.

Overall I think this has promise, not as many trips to the pool store. A few things hold it back: Notifications/alerts are not consistent No test history available. If this is to be my main source of testing I need history for my pools coating warrenty The sensor being in a bag is problematic. It usually measures low flow. Remove it from the bag it measures high flow. Hard to make it happy.

The monitoring is once a day and relatively accurate. I would love to see more monitoring data points from throughout the day, seeing the temp that was measured before the heat was on or from yesterday is not really helpful or accurate info. Despite being able to dispense chemicals to correct PH and chlorine levels in the pool the Treat still often has notifications and action items for me as the owner, which was unexpected.

i have a love/hate relationship with this. On the positive side, the daily feedback remotely of PH/Free Chlorine is incredibly helpful for a guy with two homes and two pools. On the negative side, the cartidges are expensive and the failure rate on daily testing is annoying as it comes and goes. also, the cartidges do not always come close to the two months of service many times. It seems to be a not unusual tech product whose hardware has not caught up to iits IT.

The equipment works ok. The purchase of supplies through the website is questionable. Received part of my order and the salt tabs were all broken up

Everything fine except shipping cost. Please doe something about shipping costs. A test kit shouldn't cost $15 to ship!

I ordered the WaterGuru because my niece recommended it. As flyer I went online to order it all of the St. Patrick’s ad showed up on my email giving me discounts that included 3 packs of additional sense plus free shipping plus other benefits. I paid the full price plus shipping. Once I saw all of the promotions I contacted WG to see if I could get them. I did get the 3 pk shipped free however feel that I missed out on the additional promotions as a first time customer.

Base unit works well. However i have tried the mail-in “extra” tests (i.e.salt)and have never heard anything in 9months. I have just ordered my second 3pack of cartridges and will continue to use my Guru.

I like the system. Have had a couple tests go missing and not get to the testing center. Frustrating. Also the freight on purchases seems very over priced and marked up. I handle a lot of UPS shipments at my employer so I know what the rates are for ground shipments.

The device itself is pretty accurate compared to the pool store. Makes it easier to decide if pool needs acid.
