“ Purchases are amazing but returns are a total nightmare!! What is up with the QR code shortage? Why only supply one code for multiple packages? Fedex is Fed up with Wayfair returns and luckily after 45 minutes of going back and forth with Wayfair customer service, the FedEx clerk came up with a great idea to tape the boxes together but ONLY because they were the same size! If they weren’t this would have become another week long ordeal after a ticket was submitted and having to wait 5 business days for a response! Come on Wayfair, you can do better than this!! ”
