“Followed measurement instructions, was sent a helmet that was too big. Contacted WCL and was told I had to pay return shipping. Was then told that they would send me a return shipping label IF I purchased something else.
I've been contacted by WCL. They've stated that I should change my review because my issue has been resolved.....
My issue hasn't been resolved. I measured my head and went by the size chart provided. After contacting the company, I was left with an oversized helmet through no fault of my own.”
“I’m not happy at all just revived the helmet yesterday and there’s a crack on the side . And the medium you guys sent is to big , guess I should have ordered small , which is weird because I usually wear large..
It would be nice if you guys could rectify this and exchange the medium with the crack you guys sent for a new small size one with no damage”
“I measured my head and ordered the appropriate size. When I received the helmet it was too big. I asked to exchange it, they said I had to pay the $40 to ship it back. They offered to send me a return label for free if I bought gloves too.... I regret choosing WCL.”
“Very light and fits nice. Hardly know you are wearing a helmet. Only thing I would change would be a smaller chin strap but that’s pretty minor. All in all well worth the money.”
