Do not cooperate with this company! 1) Poor application functionality 2) Slow support 3) Non-professional support 4) Refund fraud More details: The module was purchased from them. Conflicted with another module during installation. Their support has fixed it. Started execution. After 10 hours of execution, nothing has been done. Their support named the reason for the huge data size (in my opinion, 90 GB cannot be called a huge size today). Downloaded data manually. Their support set the status to "loaded" and activated the module manually. AND... Site performance dropped from 98 to 23 (their support says this is a problem with another module, with which - without their module - performance was 98! Of course I told them to uninstall their module. But they only deactivated it. I uninstalled it and the site was completely broken (download links stopped working, some sections of the site could not be opened, attachments could not be downloaded) because they changed the core files !!! Although they have a Prestashop Gold status on their website! As a result, the module cannot be used due to its poor functionality. Money is not returned. Wasted a week of my time and my clients' time!

We purchased multiple marketplace plugins and extensions from Webkul, with the aim of employing them to develop additional functionality at significant cost to us (total we spent around $4000). We had several meetings prior to sale, they put a lot of effort into presale questions and scoping out the project which impressed me. Upon commencing work it became apparent within a few days that they are incompetent. Plugins, out of the box, were broken and caused 502 errors (even on vanilla installations with zero modifications), account and management end points were all broken, and template files were completely missing. There are also nonsensical UI and user flow issues out of the box that would make any website look broken. After briefing in the modification they immediately started to work on misinterpreted functionality that was broken from the outset. Following that poor start, we were constantly going around in circles, with me providing visuals and constantly going over the same point - only to deliver yet more broken functionality. I could go into more detail but I think you get the picture. It's obvious to me that they flood marketplaces and review platforms with fake 5 star reviews. Avoid Webkul at all costs.

WARNING: Support will not honor refund. Support will force you to pay $300 more to customize the plugin or they will tell you to buy another plugin from them. They will ignore all your requests. Plugin does not work with any chip readers. Plugin does not look like POS on mobile or tablet. Please do Not buy this plugin, if you need a POS, please consider https://www.foosales.com/ This was a huge mistake. I regret purchasing and I regret thinking their support would help me.

I would avoid using this company and have them develop an app for your company. We are a large multi-million dollar SME based in the Middle East (Dubai) and engaged Webkul more than 6 months ago to build an app for our eCommerce store. We have not required a complicated app to be built, and our team of in house magento developers and graphic designers are at their wits end dealing with the Webkul team following basic revision after revision. Our team provides clear communication of the revisions required and put them professionally and succinctly into a powerpoint doc each time, only to wait at least a week for each update with poor communication in between. Our disappointment and frustration continues to grow after each revised version of the app is sent to us, only to find many of the points we keep resubmitted are not done after a week and then we resubmit and wait another week and still not rectifying. Our app has been at 98% complete before we can push live for about a month now. I'm not talking about complicated changes to push our app live, resize some logos, change some pixalated images, disable functions like customer log in with certain social media apps which don't work. We run a sophisticated off and online retail operation and as the owner of the business this has been one of the biggest regrets we have ever made after engaging this group after being referred this company by an in-house developer. I don't usually have time to write such feedback but I know any other business owner like me would appreciate this feedback before engaging with and trusting such an important tech expansion for any growing SME company with a third party app developer. Avoid.

Better to not buy anything from them. They just want to pay for continuous renual of their customer service periods. THe module - Prestashop Redis they sold me was useless without their manual override which is not adivised by Prestashop at all. Then my site collapsed when I tried to uninstall. Useless module, worked for a week until the first minor prestashop udapte. Avoid them.

Not happy, their shopify auction app (I use at least 4 times a week on my website) is now costing me money because the auction will just STOP, showing "please refresh page" causing my items to go for the BARE MINIMUM at a price that I have to honor! The rest of the 5 star reviews on this are obviously fake. Customer support or lack there of is complicated and annoying. been working on this thing all day and I've got one response so far that was far from helpful. Fix your problems WEBKUL or stop charging people to use your broken products.

The worst company we have ever dealt with. Webkul are unprofessional and unreliable. Getting support for their addons especially the WooCommerce CS-Cart addon, was terrible. The addons never worked properly and still dont. I was forced to remove a bad review for their addons before they agreed to give me support on my problem. They can't even speak proper English. Avoid at all costs

Bad product, takes days just to get any assistance. Product does not work correctly. And then if you go out of your 3 months "free" support, it costs you almost the same amount as product to get any further support. Will rather go somewhere else.

Very unprofessional team and lack communication between there teams. After spending thousands of dollars on this company, our server, email and app is still not properly set up and simply does not work. We give you guys one more week to complete our job before we initiate a refund. I doubt the positive reviews from others on this page.

Absolute fraudsters. Make you buy a plugin and then switch the terms and never respond. Demand more money. NEVER AGAIN. Fake 5 star reviews on their site and hiding negative comments. ABSOLUTE FRAUD.

i don't recommend this company losing your money and lost your time i spent with them a lot of money around 20 module and mobile app codding is very bad and supporting is verbed just pay more money and all time module have an error and the support team they aren't friendly and the aren't helpful you need to send more emails to explain to them your issue you need to make a video too to tell them how it's work last contact with them just app PayPal to mobile app they are looking for 450$ dropshipping module all time they closed API from them side this is dirty work i will report this to opencart.com i have a lot of problem with all module i had purchased from them.

The extension are with bugs, support is poor they rectify one thing makes other things error, then again we need to inform them, same story goes on .... support is slow you just need to run behind them.

Bad is support, they have dev team fresher they learn on your project & agent get change every week. Be careful not up to the mark, with no return policy. Amasty is good with 6month support and return policy

terrible .. i bought magento 2 marketplace multi vendor with shipping module .. then did not work properly and they made my themes scrambled .. asking for refund and no answer.

Completely unprofessional company. Does not respond to support requests. When they do respond, it's a one or two sentences with NO explanation of the modifications and fixes. They just assume you'll be foolish enough to trust them. They take forever to respond, their skype chat lies and say they will respond right away. I cannot recommend this company. Too many issues.

Miss leading company Webkul, does not know customer service .. wasting customer time with there internship candidate & charging 25 USD per hour for that ... who cant able to resolve the error ..in short taking money from us to train there staff
