DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!! I had it installed yesterday ,it is useless , you can not import variable products (which is nearly all Aliexpress products), after installation the vicomage mega menus options do not work (Webkul themselves installed it) , i am quite sure it will be ok when they have finished developing it, they should not be selling it for $199 when it is not finished . and the products that is does import look terrible when you get a drop down for 7 choices and there are no choices to be seen, its great in theory, but really it is worthless .

-Bought a module on May,2018, tried to install it but was missing files, I have contacted support, they fixed it and uploaded the missing files. -Had to reinstall it after couple months, and had the same issue (MISSING FILES), contacted them and they refused to provide the missing file -Contacted them over skype and by email, they refuse to solve it unless i pay for support fee, even though i ask for the missing files not support. The support is USELESS, the module has missing files (Even their first agent said that) and they will never help you unless you page This is clearly a SCAM company, I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN! and I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THAT, you will end up with missing files and have to pay every time you need something.

i don't recommend this company losing your money and lost your time i spent with them a lot of money around 20 module and mobile app codding is very bad and supporting is verbed just pay more money and all time module have an error and the support team they aren't friendly and the aren't helpful you need to send more emails to explain to them your issue you need to make a video too to tell them how it's work last contact with them just app PayPal to mobile app they are looking for 450$ dropshipping module all time they closed API from them side this is dirty work i will report this to opencart.com i have a lot of problem with all module i had purchased from them.

I am a very dissatisfied customer, the module does not work as desired and refuses to refund. I had to buy a module from another company which works perfectly. I have wasted money and time. Stay away!

SCAMMERS!!! many bugs and not version 1.2 on https://store.webkul.com/CS-Cart-Product-Badges.html Hello, I bought this addon from Webkul, Order: 100072007 From 5/10/2019 the add-on is not fully functional and some functions as are described on their site, on product page, are not working, has a lot of bugs (even on CS-Cart v 4.9.x - as is in SPECIFICATION, with last Service Pack from cs-cart.com): 1. you cannot put the label (badge) on product image thumbnails (product page), if you do so, the image disappears ! - label text (badge) is working only on product list thumbnails or category thumbnails ! Details: The text badge is partial function, only for variant: Show On: "Product List Page" If you select, on Settings Show On: Everywhre or Product Details Page The image of product will disappear after a second ! 2. you cannot wrap the text as you as you will see in Settings - Preview In Backend, on Product badge - Settings - Position: Middle Center - Badge Type: Text The text appear like wrap text, but in Frontend the text appear in line! 3. on your product page appear the version 1.2 but when install, the add-on is version 1.1 ! the downloaded name kit is " CS-Cart Product Badges_V_1.2 "; but when is install appear the name: "Product Badge Adds custom Badges to products in your store. Versiune 1.1 Webkul" by the way, 1.1 is not v1.2 ! I have tried many times to solve these bugs ans issues: Solutions: ticket id: #127340: "... Please provide your budget for the task your need and also the issues if you have any but in the default features of the add-on ..." ticket Id #128621: "... to extend and pay for the support period ..." although the product was not as described and later I discovered these issues. I lost only $ 39, also I lost a lot of time testing this add-on, a lot of time with tickets and explanations, I didn't solve anything, but in the end I gained another life experience! I will never buy from this seller again !

The extension are with bugs, support is poor they rectify one thing makes other things error, then again we need to inform them, same story goes on .... support is slow you just need to run behind them.

Bad is support, they have dev team fresher they learn on your project & agent get change every week. Be careful not up to the mark, with no return policy. Amasty is good with 6month support and return policy

Absolute fraudsters. Make you buy a plugin and then switch the terms and never respond. Demand more money. NEVER AGAIN. Fake 5 star reviews on their site and hiding negative comments. ABSOLUTE FRAUD.

terrible .. i bought magento 2 marketplace multi vendor with shipping module .. then did not work properly and they made my themes scrambled .. asking for refund and no answer.

Completely unprofessional company. Does not respond to support requests. When they do respond, it's a one or two sentences with NO explanation of the modifications and fixes. They just assume you'll be foolish enough to trust them. They take forever to respond, their skype chat lies and say they will respond right away. I cannot recommend this company. Too many issues.

Miss leading company Webkul, does not know customer service .. wasting customer time with there internship candidate & charging 25 USD per hour for that ... who cant able to resolve the error ..in short taking money from us to train there staff

Save yourself months and months of pulling your hair out. Avoid this company. They honestly don't have a clue and their communication is the worst we've experienced and we have use many freelancers good and bad and these are by far the WORST company we have ever worked with. We are a 12 year ecommerce company and have been on many ecommerce platforms so we've been around the block and have lots of experience in dealing with Indian devs. We purchased their Opencart to Quickbooks module and needed some customization works. They required 100% payment upfront which set alarms bells off from the start but as they seemed to be a well known company with many modules across Opencart, Magento etc we thought we should be ok to trust them. After months of emailing back and forth and getting nowhere we ended up buying more hours to try and get the work over the line but no luck, months later here we are having to walk away, money lost and worst of all months and months of time lost. I need to stress the terrible communication as soon as the work starts, the initial contact will be very responsive and promising that they can do anything but as soon as the work starts the emails are non nonsensical. Its hard to describe the stress when you spend your valuable time testing their work and to do up a clear email with screenshots and workflows outlining the bugs and issues to then get back something like "done now". You then check and again same bugs, sometimes more bugs etc, they will blame your site code etc. I hope you get the point. Save your time and your money and go elsewhere, even if its double the cost.

These guys are terrible. I bought a plugin for our website where it specifically says in the description you can assign customers to sales reps. That function doesn't exist! They said it would need custom coding. So I asked for a refund and they fought it. Do NOT do business with them!

very bad service... I talk to them for 1 week before I decide to buy a module. They told me that the module is working under Odoo13, so finally I bought it. But the module didn't work at all. they try to fix it, but they didn't manage. After loosing my time and my money, seeing that they are not able to do a simple task (just send a welcome msg on newsletter subscription) I gave up and ask refund... And then I was surprise that they don't want to refund, they continue to argue that there module is ok. 45$ the module... So here is money lost + time wasted with a totally incompetent team...

I ordered a module from them. I was very disappointed with it because not doing the expected job. It was maybe ok with odoo12, but not acceptable under Odoo13. So I simply ask refund, as a customer, it is my right after few days to ask refund, this is also is their sale terms conditions. But they act like they don't care about my talk, they keep pretending everything is ok. So very poor customer service. I lost money and time with webkul... not commanded

POOR SUPPORT. Always they force customer to pay again and again for their Buggy App & Products. Even we pay the customization fee. If any issues caused on their works, we need to pay again for their mistakes. ALSO THEY DON'T HAVE A QA / TESTING TEAM. Their way to talking on their support tickets is very rude & Very very poor support. We had paid more than 3000$ for their Buggy Apps Still we are unable to use for our productions. Also Recently we are extend the App support periods. but their support agent said extending support period only for their Basic buggy App and not for our customization on the App. Reference see this = > https://prnt.sc/q2rebd This makes no sense. Webkul is just need money not customers satisfactions. We are Disappointed more with their poor works / supports.
