Addons are not thought out properly, looks fine on the face but when you begin to use them you realise they are extremely flawed and thrown together at the most basic level where modifications are required to actually be used for the purpose they say the addon is for. Purchased the pre order addon for cs cart and none of it is correct, the user would simply believe they are buying a discounted item - so many flaws - modifications would take 10 hours to a basic level and 20 hours to a polished level. They refuse to refund me for the addon 1 hour after purchase

Really disappointed. The module that I bought 300€ works partially. Refunds are not possible and are never possible because the code is "open source". Why they indicate that refund is possible.

Customer Service is Terrible. Do not ever deal with this company. I bought their OTP plugin, it hasnt worked since day 1. Back and forth for almost a month and even though they said they "fixed" the problem, they never did. I recieve 4-5 complaints from customers ever day due to this plugin not allowing them to login. I kept reporting this to their support to try and get it fixed in a timely manner, ive sent videos, screenshots and detailed explanations of the problems (I have a massive technical background - So I gave them everything they needed to troubleshoot and fix. Its been almost a month of sending them a message, waiting for 2-3 days to get a response, another 2-3 days for a "fix" that never worked. FInally they tell me they are unable to find the problem and they ask that I get one of my customers to take a video of the problem......? are you serious? Finally I ask for a refund - that their policy clearly states is something that they do, if they cant fix the problem... which, is this case.. is exactly what is happening. They refuse and instead offer me custom services (paid)... These guys cant even fix the issue with their terribly built software and they have the nerve to tell me that If i PAY.. to fix the module (that has never worked) that it will fix the problem. Do not ever deal with these crooks - save yourself the hassle. Webkul are a bunch of crooks that only want your money and offer terrible support in return.

Plugins don't work. Customer service replies questions only if you use the paid services that start from 100 dollars.

Avoid this company. Most of the plugins are cheap, but they hardly work. You can get paid support, but they are not professional. I asked them to install plugin to my site: they installed it and caused the wholesite to crash & they were not able fix it. I had my own team fix it. I contacted Webkul team, explained the problem and *without telling me* they installed the plugin again and did not tell me about it. We had to restart my store again, but as no one knew that plugin was set up again, it took us long time to find the problem. After leaving negative feedback, they said that they will give me refund. I contacted them, but never got any refund.

Be very Careful with Webkul – Salesforce Link from Bigcommerce Actual Price is $10. Per salesforce user ($80. Per month for us). Multi store is an additional $750. Then when time came to set it up I asked for bidirectional, that was an additional $3,000. Then they reduced the price to $2,000, then eventually to $0 the next day. I didn’t feel comfortable moving into a long term relationship with a company that plays around with pricing like that. Had I not had options I would have had to pay the $3,000 extra. At this time they have kept the $830. And refuse to refund anything. Be careful!

I bought from Webkul Multi Vendor Mobile App for android and iOS. I didn't receive the physical file. Installed by yourself. That is not the end of the problem. Need to customize to my magento marketplace. A lot of time has passed but the app is not yet customized. Emails from the app are downloaded with the Lumo logo. When should I download with my store logo. All categories are expanded on the seller's page. Another app page tries to mimic the first page of the store. But again, all the categories are unfolded. Prices are but no photos of the goods. Blames other extensions for incompatibilities. There are also no terms of conditions at checkout when purchasing goods for the buyer. No PayPal, credit card. Also, app extensions do not automatically sync with the store. And this is the worst. The above-mentioned shortcomings have not been remedied. I only get a question from Webukl every day. (Have problems with the app) I can still write a lot about the shortcomings of these apps. This app is not suitable for use with magento marketplace multivendor. These extensions in the Webkul website have a deceptive description that only leads the buyer to buy. The description does not correspond to reality.

Their code at the time of purchase has flaws. Bad coding to fix these problems , lead to more problems that they demand money to fix. If the product only worked as intended...

Low quality module (plugin) RE: Reward System Pro | Loyalty Sponsorship Social Media Order: Order #1455748 This development team offers a low quality module. Starting with the main issue, the module has a massive flaw that allows a customer to receive loyalty reward points when he makes a purchase AND also receive referral reward points from his OWN orders. This is because the module allows a customer to register and use his email address as the referral's email address, this should clearly not be allowed and no check is in place to prevent this type of abuse. Essentially, the customer can become a sponsor of himself or referral of himself.. This flawed module has resulted in the financial loss of thousands and when I contacted the developer and explained the design flaw, they said that I need to pay for support when this is not a support related issue but a development problem. They should have offered to fix the problem but they clearly don't care about the satisfaction of their products. Besides this, the module has so many (English) grammatical errors that I ended up having to edit many translations to make it seem like the translations we're written by an illiterate person. This is not the first time I've purchased a module from Wekbul and have had other issues in the past so from personal experience, I advise searching for an alternative module and dev team to buy from.

Please read - avoid Webkul at all costs! We purchased multiple WooCommerce marketplace plugins and extensions from Webkul, with the aim of employing them to develop additional functionality at significant cost to us (total we spent around $4000). We had several meetings prior to sale, they put a lot of effort into presale questions and scoping out the project which impressed me. Upon commencing work it became apparent within a few days that they are incompetent. Plugins, out of the box, were broken and caused 502 errors (even on vanilla installations with zero modifications), account and management end points were all broken, and template files were completely missing. There are also nonsensical UI and user flow issues out of the box that would make any website look broken. After briefing in the modification they immediately started to work on misinterpreted functionality that was broken from the outset. Following that poor start, we were constantly going around in circles, with me providing visuals and constantly going over the same point - only to deliver yet more broken functionality. I could go into more detail but I think you get the picture. It's obvious to me that they flood marketplaces and review platforms with fake 5 star reviews. Avoid Webkul at all costs.

My experience with WEBKUL has been extremely bad. I lost over $300 and they do not refund nor give store credit. To be fair, their Multivendor Marketplace is quite good and robust. Unfortunately their many addons that you will also need to buy are expensive, and have multiple coding issues/poor performance I have discovered in various forums and by reading their own support replies. If you want a copy of the transcript detailing my attempt to get a refund or credit for a poor addon (32 replies) saying the same thing over and over, I would be happy to send it. It goes something like this "I am sorry for your inconvenience, please submit a ........." and so on. PROBABLY WILL PUT THE SAME MESSAGE AFTER THIS REVIEW....LOL! We have moved to another cheaper company, and it is working out well in just 2days. Webkul took our money and wasted a month of our time. We are a small and independent operator, I would hate for any other startup enterprise to experience their obvious stonewalling with sweet honey replies. I suspect that many of their addons have major issues, otherwise they would surely be happy to arrange a credit/return for purchases in their store right?. The takeaway is: most of their expensive addons must have issues. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE AND TRUSTPILOT FIRST (I WOULDNT TRUST ANY OTHER PLATFORMS) AND LOOK AT THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS VERY CAREFULLY (SOME REVIEWERS SPECULATE THEY ARE WRITING MANY OF THE GOOD REVIEWS THEMSELVES, VIA THEIR LARGE POOL OF WORKERS) I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS TRUE, BUT SOME OF THE PROFILES DO LOOK DODGY, GOING THROUGH THEM MORE CAREFULLY. ALSO, DO A SEARCH FOR "Is Webkul a good company?" on Google. I WISH WE HAD BEFORE PURCHASING. I reiterate ,please be careful, I fear they may prey on smaller companies/startups.

Bought a module for prestashop which was supposed provide syncronization to Etsy market place. Module never worked, I exchanged many many messages over support to try and get it working, there were so many issues, some of which they did fix but this went on months. I asked for a refund, which they would not give, they kept insisting on continuing support, but we had to draw the line somewhere. Really disappointed. They even had the nerve to ask me to pay for additional support period to continue the fix. Do not use these cowboys.

Conflicted with another module during installation. Their support has fixed it. Started execution. After 10 hours of execution, nothing has been done. Their support named the reason for the huge data size (in my opinion, 90 GB cannot be called a huge size today). Downloaded data manually. Their support set the status to "loaded" and activated the module manually. AND... Site performance dropped from 98 to 23 (their support says this is a problem with another module, with which - without their module - performance was 98! Of course I told them to uninstall their module. But they only deactivated it. I uninstalled it and the site was completely broken (download links stopped working, some sections of the site could not be opened, attachments could not be downloaded) because they changed the core files !!! Although they have a Prestashop Gold status on their website! As a result, the module cannot be used due to its poor functionality. Money is not returned. Wasted a week of my time and my clients' time!

WARNING: Support will not honor refund. Support will force you to pay $300 more to customize the plugin or they will tell you to buy another plugin from them. They will ignore all your requests. Plugin does not work with any chip readers. Plugin does not look like POS on mobile or tablet. Please do Not buy this plugin, if you need a POS, please consider https://www.foosales.com/ This was a huge mistake. I regret purchasing and I regret thinking their support would help me.

I would avoid using this company and have them develop an app for your company. We are a large multi-million dollar SME based in the Middle East (Dubai) and engaged Webkul more than 6 months ago to build an app for our eCommerce store. We have not required a complicated app to be built, and our team of in house magento developers and graphic designers are at their wits end dealing with the Webkul team following basic revision after revision. Our team provides clear communication of the revisions required and put them professionally and succinctly into a powerpoint doc each time, only to wait at least a week for each update with poor communication in between. Our disappointment and frustration continues to grow after each revised version of the app is sent to us, only to find many of the points we keep resubmitted are not done after a week and then we resubmit and wait another week and still not rectifying. Our app has been at 98% complete before we can push live for about a month now. I'm not talking about complicated changes to push our app live, resize some logos, change some pixalated images, disable functions like customer log in with certain social media apps which don't work. We run a sophisticated off and online retail operation and as the owner of the business this has been one of the biggest regrets we have ever made after engaging this group after being referred this company by an in-house developer. I don't usually have time to write such feedback but I know any other business owner like me would appreciate this feedback before engaging with and trusting such an important tech expansion for any growing SME company with a third party app developer. Avoid.
