“I just received my I-140 approval for EB-1 today! The last nine months have been grueling to say the least but they would have been much worse without Chen and associates as my legal team. This team is thoroughly professional, efficient, knowledgeable, methodical, detailed, respectful in their correspondence always and just the best at what they do. This is the leading employment immigration firm. 9/10 people I've talked to have worked with Chen. I have already referred them to several friends and retained them for I-485. I am in clinical medicine with a low citation count. That did not deter Chen and team from putting their A-game on! So thankful!”

“I have selected Chen because I heard great reviews about their service. I have been working with Chen for a year now and Chen has been very professional and responsive. I recently got my I140 approved and now waiting for rest of my paperwork (I45) through Chen. However, I was personally not happy with the experience level of the attorney that was assigned to me. I have a great profile and therefore Chen's contract involved the guarantee of 100% approval of my case or full refund. During preparation of the case I see my attorney was not thorough with my case and didn't prepare my case strong enough. EVen with a great profile I got an RFE. The documents I submitted after that was only 2 more letters from my employer. They could have included that during my initial application itself. My colleagues and friends with less credentials hired different lawyer, not as popular and didn't receive any RFE. I have also heard similar experience like mine from others who hired Chen. Even though I am happy with the outcome but I think they need more experienced attorneys who can prepare a strong case to avoid RFEs.”

“I personally had a great experience with the Chen Immigration group. We worked together on my 1-140 petition (EB2 NIW): I found a team of experts who were always ready to answer my questions, and gave me support for any concern I had on the way. I never had to wait - they always responded right away, within 24 hours. Their website is very simple to use: as soon as you sign the contract, they open a private web page for you, where you can upload your documents, send messages to your lawyer, and download the revised documents. It couldn't be any easier. Also, the client packet that they provide is extremely useful and gives you all the instructions that you may need to put together the documents/forms necessary to build your case. My I-140 was approved approximately 4 months after submission and I couldn't be more satisfied with whole process. I would strongly recommend this group to anyone!!”

“Going through Chen Immigration law firm was an excellent experience regarding each and every step such as I-140 reference letters, I-140 petition letter and visa related questionnaires with prompt answer. I went through a lot of trouble with my previous law firm including excessive fees with no results, implying just a copy-paste procedure. After hearing from a couple of friends, I decided to apply for the I140 again, through Chen Immigration this time. I think most applicants agreed with me about their professionalism, dedication, honesty, and personal care of individual cases. From my experience I can say they are friend and guide for the total immigration procedure. I received I-140 approval within 11 days with PP. I hope Chen Immigration will continue their success. I highly recommend Chen Immigration for anyoneâ€™s green card application.”
