“It has been a great pleasure working with North America Immigration Law Group on my I-140 petition case. Every my questions were responded promptly as they promised. The documents were also well prepared even for their first drafts and only several minor items needed to be revised. “I would like to thank Chen and immigration team for helping me with the I-140 petition in EB2-NIW category. I got the approval within 2 months. From the very beginning, the immigration team has been very clear on what the requirements are from me and they entertained my all questions very patiently and diligently. The team works very hard for you (read drafting recommendation letters, preparing I140, petition form). The team is experienced, attentive and very professional, I highly recommend them!!”

“Recommend to everyone. Extremely satisfied. The process is straightforward. They evaluate your case and provide with honest judgment. When I inquired they felt NIW was the appropriate choice for me. But sudden changes in my credentials made them offer me EB1 service as well. I signed a contract with them for NIW and EB1 both. But due to urgency we decided to file EB1 first. I had to first write a research summary which they carefully evaluated and gave feedback to improve. This was the most crucial and time consuming part at my end, but they new exactly what they wanted. Once this was done, they carefully examined my recommender list and helped me pick the correct ones. They prepared recommendation letters all by themselves with all essential details and carefully understanding my work. They carefully evaluated each singed letter and made sure any wordings that could result in RFE was removed. I requested my recommenders to change letter accordingly and luckily they agreed. In the case of disagreement they offered to prepare more letters to be signed by someone else. I did not have prior reviewing experience but their emphasis on its rewquirement made me work on it and from 1 reviewing experience by the time we filed the case i had 20 reviewed papers. They replied and addressed every single concern of mine. The only thing is that communication with them happens in a 24 hour window, however, for the resonable fee they charge and the efforts they put in I think it is fair. Also, when my visa was about to expire they expedited their process and adjusted their work so they can file things on time. Finally my EB1 approved within 15 days, even though I signed contract fro EB1 and NIW they waived my fee for NIW since I did not need it any more. Simultaneously another attorney filed for O1 visa that require similar criteria as EB1, I received an RFE there and we are still resolving it. Even though O1 visa technically should be easier than EB1. I am absolutely satisfied with Chen Immigration, they are very hard working and absolutely serious about their work.”

“I have been working with Chen Immigration Law Associates for last 3 years. I got my EB-1A, EB-2 NIW and my wife's EB-2 NIW approved through them. I recommend North America Immigration Law group strongly to everyone who is considering to file green card application on the above mentioned categories.. Their plus points. 1. Individual strategy for each applicant based on their strength and weakness in their CV and achievements. This is very crucial as no two petitions are similar. 2. Very prompt response and always sticking to deadlines 3. Experienced attorneys always available either through emails/ phone consultation 4. In depth knowledge about each filing center (Texas vs Nebraska) including current trend, rate of rejection, premium processing vs no premium processing, educated guess about adjudicating officer's decision making, wait time etc. 5. Produce Excellent quality support/ testimonial letters/ petition letter 6. Highlighting your achievements in the petition letter with latest google/ microsoft softwares adding more visuals/ graphs. 7. Very well versed with previously adjudicated cases and making valid arguments in the petition letter based on previously approved cases”

“I recently had my EB2-NIW application approved- thanks to the great work of Chen Immigration Law Associates. My timeline from initial application to NIW approval took us about 1 year or so. I was initially apprehensive about working with a group of lawyers whom I have never met before and entirely remotely. Our primary means of communication was through their client portal/emails. However, my interaction with their team has been fantastic. They were always professional, prompt in their responses, patient and honest with their assessment. They were also attentive to little details which made me feel like a wanted client. I would highly recommend their group for any type of green card application.”
