“I worked with North America Immigration Law Group for almost one and a half years starting from May 2018. They have been helping me with EB1A and NIW petitions. I got my NIW I-140 petition approved yesterday. We submitted it in March 2019 and It only took 7 months! Although the "Form B" date of EB2 is back to 2016, I still love it!! Their service is beyond excellence. Super prompting response to my question on a well designed online platform within a one-day time period all the time. I can guarantee you that you can not get this from any other immigration law group (join some Green Card discussion WeChat groups and check if I am correct. I'm in three 500 people groups), convenient telephone communication with the attorney by appointment, plus unlimited discussion on the petition letter, reference letter, and anything related to your I-140 and -485. I sent them hundreds of questions and every one of them was professionally addressed. Furthermore, they are the only law firm that has big data about EB1 and NIW petitions due to the huge quantity of petitions they handled. Therefore, they can give you a big picture of EB1 and NIW and predict some important trends. I was fortunate to have been given their Approval/Refund Service. My first EB1A petition was submitted in Jan 2019 with PP and later withdrawn because the Immigration Officer required 1000+ citations. If you are familiar with EB1A, you know what I'm talking about "杀手". They fulfilled their promise in the Approval/Refund Service and paid for the I-140 petition fee for my second submission. I was very satisfied with their service and I have already paid for the I-485 preparation fee for my wife and myself simply because they are professional and trustworthy. As my conclusion, I strongly suggest you contact them and get a free evaluation ASAP. The good thing will start from there. I wish every Chinese high skilled professional can get the Green Card hassle-free, and good luck to you all and myself!!!”

“It has been an easy and non-stressful experience. In the beginning we didn't know much about the process, and the attorneys were able to explain everything clearly, and they gave us the exact infromation we wanted. The templates for documentation preparation were precise, so we know exactly what to prepare. Overall, from first contact to we got our I140 approval took about 8 months. It was an absolute pleasure, and we are glad to say that we chose them.”

“I'm a productive physician scientist, promising but still modest when I started my application for a EB-2 NIW being a Postdoc MD PhD in 2018, still with ~40 citations. NALIG provided me outstanding support, absolutely instrumental in obtaining my I-140 approval in a timely manner, even considering the known backlog during 2018-19. It is of notice the Firm ethics while performing the initial evaluation and designing in an objective way the path to follow. I have nothing else than gratitude words to them. It is worth to remark that the cost of the service is fair and worthly!”

“PhD Candidate, I was referred to Chen group by a close friend who got his NIW approved. It was a bit odd to deal with a lawyer through emails only, but I think this was the best way to deal with the whole process because they have a well established system that is more than perfect. They responded to all of my questions within 24 hours, very professional and organized. I got my NIW approved in 6 months exactly. Definitely, I would recommend them for any applicant”
