“I contacted Chen immigration law associates based on strong recommendation from my friend. Victoria Chen assessed my case and suggested that EB2 NIW is the best option for the time being and gave me clear goals ex. I would need to be a peer reviewer for a minimum x number of manuscripts etc for EB1. I applied for EB2 NIW, the I40 for which was approved while also working towards meeting the target set up by Victoria and other team members for EB1. Last year I contacted them to reassess for EB1 and based on my credentials by that time they suggested that EB1 would be a good option. My petition for EB1 was filed earlier this year and I received approval yesterday. Most of the credit for this goes to Chen immigration law associates. They have answered hundreds of my questions patiently and adequately, gave me clear guidance, always provided realistic picture of my situation. This is a very talented and hard-working team. I strongly recommend this group for anyone looking to get EB2 NIW or EB1.”

“It is my pleasure to to write my experience about Chen Lawyers. I applied through EB2-NIW as EB1 was under retrogression for ROW. My application was approved within 5 months.
