“no order confirmation was send after i ordered and payed a pair of shoes for around 115 euro. shipping cost were a crazy €15 (GB to germany). after 8 days i inquired where my order was, and at least wellgosh’s complaints management works very well and effective. it seems that my complaint triggered the shipment, which then took another 3 days to my doorstep. overall it took wellgosh 11 days to deliver an order of an item that was advertised as being in stock. not a very pleasant shopping experience.”

“I recently bought a gift card for a friend and the parcel got lost somewhere in his office. Well Gosh sorted it out fast and professionally and voided the card and reissued a new one. A good place to shop and good back up support. Thanks.”

“I am very happy with the service provided by well gosh, both trainers that i order where delivered on time as promised and my boyfriend absolutely love them. in terms of having the sizes i needed, it was all available for me, even though i was back and forth on the website over 2 weeks, everything i wanted was still in stock”
