“Really happy bought trainers for my boyfriends birthday they arrived earlier than expected leaving me and my boyfriend very happy. Also very informative and kept you up to date about when your parcel was arriving instead of just guessing. I would 100% order from them again. Plus they have great stock availability!”

“Hello dear Wellgosh! Me and my husband very happy to buy in your store. Always could find very beautiful items. We made order 07.04.17 (RJ127880646GB) but still havent recieved it (15.04.17).We made another order in END. and got it in 3 days by FedEx. If you could add delivery option by FedEx we, who live in Russia will be very happy because standart post doesnt work properly. Now we can wait 2 or 3 weeks, and will buy in your store again because you are greatest!”

“Your form of shipping was very good! The moment of purchase to me receiving my shoes was very good! I am generally happy, with my purchase from Wellgosh but there's one thing you guys have obviously neglected to do, which sort of bothers me, you haven't explained to to FootPatrol that the option for a customer to be able to track their purchase is one the most important factors, with any online purchase. You can smile, now that you see I'm joking around, but seriously, FootPatrol does not supply the customer, with any tracking information, what so ever. I have an agreement with my local Post Office, to hold my boxes, so I can physically pick them up. I happened to be there one day and they told me there were some packages for me from FootPatrol. I emailed them with a complaint that I probably won't by from them again, due to the fact that they don't supply tracking information and in a very respectful and well articulated response, they basically said they were sorry and gave me a 10% discount on my next purchase. Dig that shit! Crazy huh? Thanks again! You guys are good! James Sherwood”

“First order: no tracking in locally. Items were estimated to arrive 3-7 days. It's the 8th day now. Have yet to receive orders or ETA. Second order: orders were confirmed. Receive email to notify 2 item were unavailable. Although refund was made promptly, the currency conversion made me pay extra money for nothing. And all these were probably caused because stocks were not updated on the website prompt enough.”
