“I have purchased from this store multiple times; all a very enjoyable experience. However, the new refurbished site (format/layout) makes searching through the 'Sales' section much harder. Having the option to further narrow down your search would make it much easier for customers to access, such as being able to select the 'Brand' you would like to browse in the 'Sales' section. An 'About Us' section would also be beneficial: I like to know who/where I am buying from, especially if I have not shopped from that store before, and so it would be useful for first time customers. Other than that, everything is very well. Legitimate, good range of products and brands, easy-to-navigate payment process, shipping options (free UK delivery), and products have always arrived in good condition.”

“Nike Rosherun Army size 10 trainers These are true to size, good quality - my only criticism would be that they are advertised as 'Army' and appear to be black ..if not black I would have assumed they were khaki ...they are actually navy and fluorescent yellow...so I was a little disappointed in their colour.”

“overall performance were good! would like to see if any chance to do pre-order on hit items like Jordans. i am from overseas and pretty hard to get the hit items locally, so have to do online purchase and wellgosh is definitely my 1st choice :)”

“Excellent price on some trainers. They were shipped double-boxed so the trainer box was not damaged in transit which was nice (some dedicated trainer stores dont even do this (Size? for example)). They arrived promptly. They didnt fit well so I used their free returns facility. *Only negative is the awful, awful slow as **** website. Horrible to use!”

“Great selection of products, and prices are ok. The website isnt backwards compatible however making the overall site experience quite poor for anyone with IE7 or earlier (which some workplaces still use...) Other than that, I would recommend Wellgosh”
