“I experienced a really good professional efficient service from Wellgosh. My parcel arrived on time and when I had to return things it was straight forward and my bank account refunded promptly. When I have telephoned the store, the staff have been knowledgeable and helpful.”

“The shipping was quick (even to Australia) and the price / product both good. However, the ordering process was a bit complicated as it required added steps to verify my credit card than usual (to the point I had to phone my bank as part of the process!). That was a bit time consuming/annoying.”

“Quick delivery is always great and the excitement of arrivals is intense sometimes and my order certainly didnt disappoint, but even surpassed my expectations! Wellgosh has always been one of my absolute favourite stores and i'll definitely be back for a lot more gear, cheers guys”

“I have purchased from this store multiple times; all a very enjoyable experience. However, the new refurbished site (format/layout) makes searching through the 'Sales' section much harder. Having the option to further narrow down your search would make it much easier for customers to access, such as being able to select the 'Brand' you would like to browse in the 'Sales' section. An 'About Us' section would also be beneficial: I like to know who/where I am buying from, especially if I have not shopped from that store before, and so it would be useful for first time customers. Other than that, everything is very well. Legitimate, good range of products and brands, easy-to-navigate payment process, shipping options (free UK delivery), and products have always arrived in good condition.”

“Get better pictures and list what colors are on the shoes. In the picture they looked gray. When I received the shoes. They were purple. So I was dissapointed when I received them. If the colors were listed or a better picture of the shoe I would have went with something else. I live in the untied states so I just dealt with it but a little more effort on your part would have made me happier on my purchase.”
