“Did not receive/can't seem to find my tracking no. after 5 days of purchase. Sent an e-mail to the support team and what surprised me was a really prompt reply from Erica Forshaw! Not only did she reply within minutes, she gave me a solution to my issue. It was really commendable and I hope this good news gets passed down to her. Only thing now is to wait for the arrival of my shoes.”

“Just received my order - Acronym x Nemen j28-k jacket. The price was great, shipped fast. But the jacket was just in a cardboard box without any additional protection. All Acr jackets a coming with plastic bag and specification card. But the jacket was without it. Maybe i'm dramatizing but when you ship such expensive items they should be packed in ? plastic bag cause anything may happen while shipping. The cardboard box is easy to get wet. If the jacket was with original Acr packaging it will be better. Thanks anyway.”
