This is the first bad review I have given like this, but my experience was terrible with Wellies and Worms . co. uk so I am. I selected next day delivery for a rain coat I ordered for my seven year old and paid extra money for this service, he needed the coat the next day - it was January back to school time and it was raining badly. But we didn't get it until after 7 working days. They have not refunded the cost of delivery to this date, despite my attempts and emails. Very poor experience all round.

I ordered for next day delivery. The item did not arrive the next day. The following day I emailed to enquire why it had not been delivered (4 hour response apparently) as yet I have not received a response. Then they emailed requesting a review. Here it is...

Order placed 28th Dec and next day delivery paid for. 9 days later still no delivery. I have tried numerous times to contact Customer Support by phone, email, Facebook and Twitter. Nobody answers the phone numbers and I have received no response on the other services. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

This company is appalling. I ordered some children's winter clothing two weeks ago. The money was taken straight out of my account but I have not received the goods and all the phone numbers given on the website either don't work or calls are never answered. The email support is also never responded to. I think this website is a con and is out to take peoples money without providing the goods they are selling.

Paid for next day delivery on 21st December, but item has still not arrived. No one is answering the customer services telephone line or responding to emails - even today (4th January). Payment has been taken and confirmation of order was received. Had to spend my Christmas eve on an unplanned shopping trip to replace the presents which had not arrived. REALLY disappointed: one of the worst online shopping service I have experienced.

Poor service, paid for next day delivery but still not received and too late for Christmas now. No one answers emails or the phone. Really disappointing

I paid for next day delivery and it is day three now and I haven't received my good. I have contacted customer services and am yet to hear from them. They seemed to have think I have received my item as I have been asked to review it. A little difficult if the item isn't in my possession.

This is the first time I have ordered from Wellies and Worms and the last.I ordered size 3 wellies for my son but received size 1.When I rang to ask them to send the correct size they said they didn't know if they had any in the correct size and would have to investigate the situation. I rang on a Friday lunchtime and asked if they found they had the correct size could they please send them for next day delivery as needed them for the Monday am & they said they wouldn't be posting until next week now.They then emailed me a return label with no label attached! Bought them from somewhere else!

W&W are Horrendous to deal with. We ordered a Littlelife Adventurer child carrier but the one we received was faulty. As instructed to do so by their own customer service team, we returned the product with a letter explaining the fault and stating that we wanted a like for like exchange. Many phone calls later we got nowhere and still hadn't received our exchange. Finally today (07/07/15 - over a week since returning the item) we were told we'd been refunded! We didn't want a refund! Rather than do right by their customers, W&W have simply washed their hands of the issue and told us to reorder the item - without the 20% off that we originally got. We will reorder - from somewhere else completely.

We are sorry you are unhappy. When the item was received back it said on the notes that it could be refunded for the customer to order again. We refunded you and emailed you the refund. We actually offered more discount (30%) for a reorder so its inaccurate to say that we would not honour the original discount. Clearly you are unhappy for which we apologise for and I guess this unhappiness has led to this statement.
