“I love every session. My therapist really helps me understand myself more, understand what is going on in my mind, and I always come out of the session feeling like I am strong enough to overcome any obstacles. Therapy has been the best thing I have done for myself, and my I’m so thankful to have such a great therapist.”

“It was good. We focused on a more immediate topic so it wasn't alignled with our current theme but I was in a different head space. I think it may be better to move to one hour meeting once or twice a month so help me stay more focused and allow me to better focus on my goals since 30 minutes can be tight.”
