“I look forward to these sessions every week. I used to have anxiety about therapy itself and would feel the desire to cancel right before, but I genuinely look forward to Carol’s insights. I articulate my thoughts really well with her and I recommend her so highly!”

“It was good. We focused on a more immediate topic so it wasn't alignled with our current theme but I was in a different head space. I think it may be better to move to one hour meeting once or twice a month so help me stay more focused and allow me to better focus on my goals since 30 minutes can be tight.”

“It was good. Learned some helpful tricks and tips. I was not notified of the proper way to access my appointment tho and that delayed our appointment a lot. It wasn’t until I asked the customer rep why the appointment hadn’t started that I actually got to the correct link for the appt.”
