“My therapist has helped me so much in each session. She has given me the tools I need to grow and gain confidence in myself. When I first started therapy, I felt stressed and always thought the worst about everything, but now I have so much hope and can feel that the way I’m thinking has changed for the better. I would highly recommend her and CBT therapy to everyone, it has really helped me.”
