“Ordering was easy. And the spare part that I have ordered arrived within a week. Ordered 4 springs altogether for my Kickmaster pedal bin within a year. To me they are not made to last. Each order cost me £14.99 x2. I find it it too expensive for a little spare part. For this reason I give you 3 stars.”

“Easy-to-use website and an excellent choice of products. Disappointed that Moray is considered Highland and subject to higher shipping costs. Perhaps need to have more than one courier as not all charge a supplement for our area.”

“The service you give is first class. We have an issue with the bin insert as the bin at the back cannot be extracted for emptying because the unit had to be fitted slightly further back in the cupboard to allow the cupboard door to close.”
