“Speedy delivery. Look excellent quality although not fitted in kitchen yet but i am confident it look and feels like a great product.”

“Very poor customer service. I ordered a white bin and a red one was delivered, twice. This meant that someone had to be at home to receive the bin and await a courier to collect it. Then, without alerting me , the third bin was delivered and as no one was at home, I had to ask the courier to leave it in the front garden . No offer of compensation.”

“We bought the identical model save for openers at the top in 2003 and it was still fine except it looked it's age. We bought the kick boy for a change as we liked the product so much.”

“Had to Oder replacement pedal as snapped off. Not desperately substantial design. Shame it is made of plastic and not metal for an item of this quality. Order arrived quickly and communication was excellent.”

“Kitchen waste/recycle bin was easy to install and works really well. Just pull the door open and the double bin unit slides out, drop items in and close door.Easy. Customer service team were helpful in ensuring the delivery was made correctly to a new house postcode on a new build estate.”

“Original Wesco waste bin, fitted some ten years ago, broke. The replacement arrived very quickly and although outwardly looking the same, in fact proved to be a much improved product. Smother in operation and easier to remove bins.”
